I've been going to Wings to Go for decades. Covid hit us all hard and took a part of our childhood but the kind and resilience this restaurant showed has brought us through, so for the restaurants that weren't here during those tough times you can't have my 5 star loyalty. Wings to Go has more than resilience, they have a diverse menu and although I haven't tried everything, I have enjoyed what I eat regularly or what I've tried in the past. My Wife has her favorites also, she'll get a salted Carmel brownie which they always ask "would you like this warmed up?" but she doesn't, I would if it was up to me. They are in a great location and there's always plenty of parking. Get a combo I've always enjoy the fry's along with the wings & drink. I mix my own Arnold Palmer . Be prepared for your order to be wrong regardless of how slow and clear you say it. Since they got rid of the female order taker and put the young guy in at the register my order has been wrong multiple times and my coworkers have experienced the same thing. It almost feels like he's forced to be there doing the job and he doesn't want to or care about his quality of work with his attitude. read more

The food is amazing!! But the service is absolutely the worst in town!! The young Asian male at the counter is literally angry and miserable every time he answers the phone and when I come in he speaks in a low monotone voice has no manners and is extremely rude when he's not there it's left to a person even worse the young male with the curly hair and tattoos has to be the worse order taker in history he gives my food away each time charges me the wrong price and has absolutely no sense of direction or common sense! i asked him how long it would take for the food to be ready and his reply was just come and it will be ready!????? I said no can I have like a numerical answer and he said what's that? Then I said will it take 10 15 20 minutes this guys said when do u want it ready!! It took me longer to communicate a time for pick up than it took to place the actual order !! I hate that the food being so good gets overshadowed by unprofessional employees !! 8/22/25 went to Madison Blvd Madison Al. i have ordered their traditional wings at that store dry rubbed. lemon Pepper and island spice couldn't taste any sauce on either one. it was dry alright but no taste on any of them first time out of four years. called they put the manager on he said dry rub no sauce that's dry rub i said its funny over four years it is the first time when i ordered dry rub they had no taste and after the MGR had the attitude he did i will never go back and never refer them. i would recommend stay away go somewhere that cares if you come back or not. read more

Updated 9/18/19: something has changed with the boneless wings. They are NOT good. It's like a poorly breaded chicken breast, fried, and then diced into bite size pieces. I will not be eating these anymore unless something happens. I love wings to go. The boneless are great. The traditional are great if I get them extra crispy. I don't really like a soggy wing. I placed an order for pickup & they seemed to be very slow/ just about to close over half an hour later. the cook was the only person who gave positive customer service. the guy at the register had an attitude whenever i handed him many one dollar bills. after counting, he quickly & aggressively shut the money drawer, then HURRIED to get what was obviously way EXTRA germ-x. in my order there were supposed to be two orders of boneless, one combo, one not. they made both a combo, not only this but both plates had half wings correct and the other half completely wrong. (so about 4-6 per plate were right, unable to fulfill us$40 worth of food.) To top it off, for some reason, the guy mopping and sweeping the floors was giving my boyfriend dirty looks while he was waiting at the counter for our food. Going to give them a five because I don't think it was their fault, I ordered through Uber Eats the X hot flavor and mozzarella sticks, the wings I got where not x hot, more likely just regular Buffalo wings; not going to fault Wings To Go for this as I ordered through Uber Eats so there could've been some technical discrepancy. Ever since my favorite chicken wings restaurant closed down in Huntsville I have been looking for a new place close by to get some good wings. Wings to Go has been a good place to fill my chicken wing craving. There wings are pretty crispy and overall I'd say they are average but always consistent so I know I can count on them for some good wings. The only downside about the wings is that sometimes they can vary in size and be pretty small. The fries that come with them are always very crispy and really good topped with shredded cheese. They don't have table service so you go up to the counter to order and they never have a long line. I never have to wait long to place my order and the longest I have ever had to wait was around 8 minutes when the place had a decent amount of traffic during a lunch. When going in to eat for lunch the prices are very good. I usually order the 10 wings combo that comes with an order of fries and a drink for about $9. Overall I'd say this is a good place to stop in and eat some good priced wings for lunch. read more

If I can give this place one star that's one star too many now don't get me wrong the food came out pretty quick actually too quick the wings were fried and then dumped with a ton of sauce the french fries are in the middle of The food basket drowning in sauce I guess they didn't think I would want to have the fries by itself not saturated in sauces. But I digress let's talk about the decor there are tons of boxes for storage along the walls a couple of kids games two pool tables and peeling paint all over the place but that's not to say they don't have pets. Very good wing place in Madison, AL! The wings could be a little bigger and filling, but the price isn't too bad for the quantity and quality. There are tons of sauces to choose from that will have you coming back to try more and more. I tried both the Hot and the Buffalo Garlic and they were very good. Really disappointed :( My husband and I both ordered the five piece tender meal to go. Of course once we got home we found that the order was incomplete. The tenders wasn't coated in wing sauce like we ordered but we had Franks wing sauce at home so I wasn't totally mad, but then the chicken was chewy like it had been sitting awhile...not freshly cooked. I come here every Thursday for lunch with my grandfather and good friend of ours. The owner Byron is always there and he knows what at get, since we do get the same thing most of the time. Went in at lunch while I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced at Wally World... wings were blah... hot sauce was good though. Asked for fries extra crispy and got them soft and soggy. My number one choice for wings in Madison. Plenty of dinning room space, nice size wings, and the service is always great. Walk in, place your order, sit down and wait to be called. Plenty of refills on your drink. Bathrooms are always clean. As for how hot, hot is??? Poor flavor, poor service, non competitive high prices. Who owns this company, they cant seem to do anything right other than having a good location. The beer was expensive and the wings lack anything replicating a decent meal. i would expect a place that specializes in wings would have a decent product. and what is the deal with the mini arcade/ruined pool tables? I went into the funzone to spend some money before going back to my dead end job and when i was shooting some pool with the manager he become angry and said i was hustling him, i told him that we didnt even bet any money but he became irrate and broke his cue and then grabbed me in such a way that both his thumbs were inside my waist band and his fingers clinching the denim like a steel mill worker, his knuckles were white and my pants bunched so tight. he then picked me up 13-16 inches vertically off the ground and placed me on the table so that i was straddling him, he then told me to pay up or get knocked out.
