Had a Terrible Experience at the Super Chix in Madison next to Five guys. I ordered one chocolate frozen custard to share with my friend. It was $5 and I thought that was a bit over priced. There was a big group behind us but we ordered before them so we thought it was fine. 20 minutes went by with no ice cream so me and my friend went to check and make sure they were making it. They seemed agitated that we were asking and just told us " We will bring it to you!". We sat down at waited another 20 or so minutes and this time went to the front counter and all we got from her was that they were super busy which was not true ( we were the only people in line). This custard would've taken maximum 15 seconds to just put the cup under the machine for 15 seconds and put a spoon in it. After another 15 minutes we finally got our custard slightly melted and barely any custard in the tiny container. read more

This is my first time eating at this restaurant. My chicken was fresh and rosemary French fries were delicious! Bree along with the other staff did their best to make sure I was satisfied. I was offed a sample oh there chocolate mint custard. I asked if they had a senior citizen discount and I was told I'm not a senior citizen however, they didn't have one anyway but that was a nice compliment to receive at the young age of 62 soon to be 63.. the restaurant is very clean and the music is calming . So food wise I would say they are 5 stars, they are slightly more expensive then Slim Chickens. But they are also better then Slim Chickens. If you're looking for good chicken for a better price go there, but if you want something that has a little better quality go here. My main actual issue with Super Chix is their to go boxes, they don't have any ventilation so if any food is in their for more then 2 mins it immediately becomes soggy. They definitely need better to go containers then I would give them 5 stars. It just sucks I can't get it to go with out it turning bad. read more

They have quite a few to choose from and they are all great! This location is shared with a 5 guys and they have a place in the middle of the two businesses with a tv. It's wide open and pretty nice.
