I like the restaurant and its drinks. My only complaint is I feel like they are making certain items smaller now that they have been open awhile and doing well. My kid literally loves the "cheese logs" and they use to be very large and log like. Unfortunately now they are much smaller, same price and are almost the size of an Applebee's mozzarella stick. This spot is part of a local chain, and I hadn't had the chance to try it until now. From the outside, it looks a bit small, but once you step inside, there's actually plenty of seating. They also have a sizable bar area, which seems like a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. One thing to keep in mind is that it's not kid-friendly, so that's worth considering before you go. As for the food, I was decently impressed--it was genuinely enjoyable. The menu offers a solid variety, with plenty of tasty sides and appetizers to choose from. Service was great. Everyone was nice and attentive. Saw them constantly checking and wiping down tables. A couple different people stopped by to ask if we were good. Our server Rod was on top of things. We ordered honey garlic and honey bourbon bone in wings with fries, onion rings and mushrooms. I'm writing this review knowing that they are working out the kinks and I hope they get it worked out or I do not for see them being successful. When we arrived the waiting area was packed with waiting patrons and I waited to be assisted by the host. When she got to me I let her know that I wanted a table for two she acknowledged it and told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I let her know that I was okay with that and asked if I needed to provide my name so that she could put me on the list, to which she said no and that she will come get me when it was my turn. I knew this was going to be an issue and surly enough, 15 minutes into my wait I saw her seat a two top with a party who came several minutes after us. When I brought it to her attention she was very apologetic and sat us immediately. I think that moving forward they definitely should keep a list. Jenn was our waitress and she took good care of us. We wanted to try a few menu options and opted for the brussel sprouts and onion rings as starters, I ordered the chicken salad for my entree and we tried the funnel cake sticks although we really wanted to try the croissant bread pudding but they did not have it in stock. Jenn let us know when putting in our order that the kitchen was behind but we didn't expect them to be as slow as they were. My salad came out well before our appetizers and at least 15 minutes before my friend's wings came out. As a way to make up for the wait we were given fried pickles and they were not good. The pickles were not fully covered in batter and they were under fried. So we requested the funnel cake fries instead and those were good. They did not have the fruity pebbles as mentioned on the menu but it was free so I didn't complain. Overall the food was just okay my salad was a good size but the bacon was burnt and the sauced chicken pieces were not crispy. The brussel sprouts were yummy and flash fried perfectly. The onion rings were fried well but lacking in flavor. Based on today's experience I usually wouldn't return but I'm willing to give them another shot once they have been open for a while. read more

I can't speak on the food because I never got that far, but the service was terrible. I walked in to place a to-go order and asked the young woman at the front whether I should order there or at the bar. She said either was fine, so I chose the bar and started to sit down while waiting for the food. At that point, a heavyset guy with a beard came out and said, "Hey boss, we're closing up." I told him I was just placing a to-go order and planned to wait. He then made a sarcastic comment out loud to the front employee, saying, "So we don't take orders up front?" I clarified that I told her I wanted to wait at the bar. For context, their posted hours say they close at midnight, and this was barely 10:30 p.m. If they were closing early due to a winter storm advisory, that hadn't even gone into effect yet and wasn't until the following day. The same guy then made another comment out loud, asking a waitress whether the kitchen was even open. At that point, it was clear they didn't want to serve anyone, so I said forget it and left. The young woman at the front was apologetic, but the damage was already done. I won't be back, solely because of that employee. That kind of behavior in front of customers is unacceptable, and the fact that he was comfortable acting that way tells me this likely isn't an isolated incident. read more

I ordered 50 wings medium heat extra well done for takeout after waiting I got home and well it wasn't the flavor I ordered. Check your order before you leave. I called up they staff up front verified that they did put the order in correctly and said if I come back the will place the order again. When I arrived the order was just brought out when I got home this time they were not well done. Drove back to store and was given fries and NO APOLOGY or EXPLANATION. Ordered crispy. Received SOGGY. NEVER received carrots or celery.
