A cashier greeted us when we came in and walked us through how the process worked. My boyfriend got a whole beef cheesesteak sandwich and I got an Italian turkey hoagie. We got seated and waited for our food to come out and it didn't take long at all for it to arrive. It was wrapped up perfectly in the paper and the fries were fresh. All of the employees were very sweet. Everything tasted really delicious and overall I was surprised by how good it was. We definitely enjoyed everything about the place and service was pretty good.

The cheese and bell pepper pieces oozed and meshed super well with the meat. The ratio of the cheese and other ingredients were perfect where you aren't overwhelmed. Even the simple saltiness of the cheesesteak was really delectable. The add-on's was generous with options like fried onions and mushrooms. Even the hoagie was also a good texture. There was an adequate amount of oil and oiliness. Such a simple sandwich but also a super yummy one. The price you will be paying includes chips and a drink. When I requested a refund, it felt like they did not want to give my money back, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. The cook was rude, seemed annoyed by my request, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them for simply asking for a refund after my order was canceled. The customer service was completely unprofessional. The cook was wearing a very baggy shirt, a hat, and had an eyebrow piercing, which helped me identify the employee I interacted with. Overall, this was a very poor experience from start to finish. Between the canceled order, the difficulty getting a refund, and the rude treatment, I am strongly dissatisfied and will not be returning or recommending this business to others.

It's a little hole in the wall place with various Philly memorabilia on the walls. I wish I could say I found my new favorite spot but that is not the case. Anyone from Philadelphia knows the roll makes the sandwich and this roll was not it. On top of that, the size of the sub for the money was underwhelming and the fries, not that great either. I was still hungry so we drove down the road and got another cheese steak at American Deli which was also average but at least it was ~40% less.
