We love our wings! Location was clean. A little odd in regards to the complete separation of the dining area compared to the bar, but just something to note. It doesn't affect the experience except it makes it tough to see the bar TVs. Fortunately there are multiple other TVs to watch. Just an line of sight kind of thing. Service was great. Very patient as we were waiting for the rest of our party to arrive. Once ordered, the food came out quickly and was well prepared. Wings were really big and the sauces we had were solid. One person had the buffalo chicken tacos and loved them. Who knew that would pair so well? Decent sized beer and drink selection. Prices were what I would expect. We traveled from Ohio and were excited that there was a burger and wing joint within walking distance from our hotel room. Got there and they seated us right away, the waitress was friendly and knowledgeable, i had an issue with my drink and she took it back no questions asked and got me a new one. Ordered a burger I can't remember what it's called now but it was delicious, and I am very picky about my hamburgers so that is a big compliment coming from me! Ordered dessert and moved over to the bar, bartender was very friendly and pleasant to talk to, had some drinks then we wrapped it up and said goodnight. The next day my boyfriend realized he didn't have his wallet, we retraced it all the way back to dinner, he called 10 minutes before they even opened and they answered the phone and did indeed have his card. 10/10 five stars highly recommend will definitely eat there again if we are ever in the area read more

Two workers and myself placed orders online for pickup. I walked in and found two other customers waiting so I proceeded to grab my three to-go orders that were ready with all our names on them. I have always grabbed them in the past let it be known. As I got in my truck, two staff employees (female and male) stopped me from leaving in the parking lot and asked "what did I grab". I explained that I grabbed my three orders with their names on them. The woman's demeanor and her approach to me made it seem like I was stealing them. I said there was no hostess standing there and I just grabbed them which we paid for. Most businesses have to-go order or grub hub shelves inside to grab your orders. Also, it was our lunch hour and was not waiting when our bags were ready on the shelf. She stated that "they had people grab the wrong bags in the past" and i had to wait for the hostess to hand them to me. I was completely disgusted with the way both employees hurried out the door and acted like I was thief. Far from that I must say! To top everything off, they gave me the wrong sauce on my order and the food was mediocre. The staff can't even get the order right to begin with. Female worker named (JACKIE) is nasty and unprofessional, goes to the bathroom to shit for 45+mins have made complaints about how bad the bathroom smells. does not cook people's food when ordered instead smokes a cigarette. If you work at a restaurant and you are working with food you should not be coming into work. Especially if you're having diarrhea and are using the women's restroom for almost an hour, just to come back and touch people's food is absolutely diabolical. Diarrhea is a symptom that can easily transmit foodborne illnesses and you pose a significant risk to customers and other employees The FDA Food Code mandates that food handlers with diarrhea be excluded from work to protect public health on top of all that she has horrible hygiene always smells bad when she comes into work and overall, I think this is a public safety hazard. We do not know if you are washing your hands and even if you are, that is still disgusting that you were shitting for 45 minutes and come back in the kitchen as if nothing happened. I personally think she needs to be fired if you know you have stomach issues and you're coming into work like this every day then you should not be working at a food establishment restaurant read more

So My husband made an online order For wings half hot honey half teriyaki upon receiving the order it's all hot honey reached out to the manager that day supposedly Jeremy and his way of dealing with it was for asking for the Wings back.... For one it's your error you can have the wings back I've already stuck my finger in the sauce so go ahead let's waste some food but I'm not going to bring the wings back and then come back to my whole entire order being cold.. so with his incompetence I had to tell him let's remake the entire order come on wings etc. better customer service and if that's your manager I would fire his ass and hire a new one who has better customer service skills because his are subpar at best... The sides are a heck of a lot smaller at the Niles location. The sides at the Mishawaka location are a heck of a lot bigger. The food is okay as I get the same thing all the time which is the beyond burgers since I don't eat meat. This being Niles you would think the waitresses would tell there customers that they need to put masks on when they get to to go to the bathroom. We had several people walking near us coughing with no masks on. I'll stay and go to the Mishawaka location. read more

The food is always very good, the beer selection is wonderful (many craft beers on tap) and the staff is amazing.

Good food, good beers good place overall Guess when you order carry out things fail. Ordered for work lunch 5 of us ordered one check. 3 of the 5 orders were wrong. I will take partial blame I didn't inspect every carryout container (which are nice and fancy). And the bartender was very minimal, hurried and obviously didn't get the order right nor checked it. If I have a critique it's that our wings were floating in sauce which is more of a food cost thing then it was a detriment. Perfectly fried crispy skin, piping hot, sauced to perfection. Visit several times a month always notice once the server drops the check they will disappear so if you decide to order more food and drinks it is hard to find some one to order from. This most recent visit after waiting way too long for more service we asked Veronika the bartender if she would send us a server to our table, her response was WHAT?! then we waited another 20 minutes before we had to ask for a manager because she responded a second time after we requested for service again that she had already told our server we wanted to order more items. The manager explained to us that our server had left for the night when we could see that she was sitting in a corner of the restaurant folding silverware. I think the sauce was actually what was cold, but it made the whole wing go cold. Weird as they were cooked and still crispy but cold. Their TNT sauce is awesome but on cold wings..... also their side salads are a joke for the price. Don't even try. I order the same type of meal any time I travel so I know what I am looking for. The sauce is tasty, but it most certainly is not blazin. I would have liked some more heat from the sauce. 7 is plenty if you are also getting a side. For my side I ordered curly fries with cheese. The cheese comes on the side in a cup. I prefer it that way because I do not want the fries drowning in the cheese. The fries are OK, normal taste. The service was just a little lacking. Based on the reviews, I was a little scared, but my boyfriend's sister said the wings are good so I trusted her judgement and they were! I was really hungry and got 7 Blazin Asian. The spice meter DOES seem to err on the not very spicy side, but these were a good level for me and also very flavorful! I think there were only 2 levels of spice above it. I only ate 5 wings along with my curly fries side - they are pretty big and filling with nice white meat and no fat. The fries were Cisco, but good. The service was fine; I mean, she let us eat 30 min to close and sneak in a beer at last call, so that was nice, although she didn't seem TOO happy about it. This restaurant is busy most evenings in Niles. They have different drinks on sale throughout the week. This evening was domestic schooners. After placing the drink order for my wife and I, the appetizer and my wife's water was brought by the server. About 10 minutes went by, and no domestic beer schooner. The server came back and said they didn't have any left of draft I ordered. She offered other domestic beers on tap. I declined, asking instead for a glass of water.
