The wings were fine. Both bathrooms were completely trashed, didn't have any toilet paper, and were disgusting. There was no service so it took asking over and over for our food to even come out- when it did we had to carry it to the table ourselves. There was only one other table of customers, so they were not busy - the workers were simply not doing anything besides blaring bad music. This is opposite of other reviews so I'm not sure what happened, but I have never had this bad of a restaurant experience and I would never come here again.

Better late than never! So this visit was me, my bf, and his parents in honor of my boyfriend's birthday in 2025. The exterior is really nice and new, as is the interior! More on that in a bit... We had a reservation that we made weeks in advance but still had a wait. Rocky River Tap and Table were definitely understaffed and it took forever to get waited on and then we waited nearly 30 minutes to put in our food order. Our waitress was Amy and she tried but she definitely had too many tables. Once we got our drink and food orders, I sipped on a cider from Round Barn in Michigan (refreshing!) and I ordered a $21 bison burger with sweet potato fries (tasty!). I always get sweet potato fries whenever they are an option and this was a very generous portion. We had cheese biscuits to share and all 4 of us were addicted to them. The biscuits were so unique! My bf got a free birthday dessert of a carmel brownie dessert that was diverse in flavors and a crispy salted crispy-ness on the bottom 9/10. He, of course, shared his dessert because he's a very lovely and well-trained guy! Haha! So we enjoyed the food and the drinks but were not inpressed with the service. How about the decor and ambiance? Well, Rocky River recently underwent a renovation and it looks spectacular! Yeah, I did a Grubhub order and I gave very specific instructions on everything that I needed…read morebecause I have a broken back, a sinus infection and a viral infection so I end up with a guy banging on my door demanding a code that I never received which is not taphouse on the edge's fault, but I requested very specific things like a sandwich be cut in half and crispy, tater tots and extra napkins and etc., etc. and receiving none of it and I went so far to call the restaurant to let them know about it and the manager pretty much said well there's not much we can do about it or that was the attitude so I said I'll never order from you again and I won't. Because my order is wrong and it's their fault. It's called accountability. I will never order this again from this restaurant. Or anything from this restaurant again based on the way that they didn't make it right. I even went so far to call back a second time and got excuses as to why they include onion, tomato and lettuce in an order that is excluded on tomato, onion, and lettuce. Onion makes me sick and everything had an onion flavor to it so I spent $20 at Grubhub to not have dinner and when I tried to explain that to the manager, she said well so many people get upset because it says that it comes with that. So I told her I said that's fine. I told her that I'm got these things going on and it's not her fault the Grubhub delivery driver isn't her fault, but the reason that the order was wrong on several different levels, not cut in half no mail on the sandwich not extra pickles not extra napkins, not extra salt, etc. etc. and everything tasted like onions so of course I don't wanna eat it and I got excuses so I told her I won't use her restaurant again and she said OK. I would recommend that she don't go there because they don't fix things when they screw them up. I have no intention of ordering or going to that restaurant ever again. And it's funny because my nephew used to work there and I used to love the place. Well I guess I'm done with it.
