I could easily relate to those poor customers you see on shows like Kitchen Nightmares. We waited over 1 1/2 hours for our wings. When we complained, we were told there was a large party at the same time. No large party was in sight during this time. Is not our party important enough to make our food. After all, how long does it take to fry some wings? After we complained, we were told 5 minutes. It took 15 to get our food.the sauce is made in advance. Grape Road is much better on the service. I went here for the first time today and it's definitely an "Meh. I've experienced better" kind of place. I had some hopes for this place: friendly staff, pretty busy, and the menu looked like it offered tasty food. Our server promptly greeted us and came back to get our drink order. After we got our drinks she took our order. Almost an hour later we got our food and it was not really worth the wait. My boyfriend ordered pretzel bites and they were completely overdone, multiple burgers were severely overcooked, and someone who ordered a wrap only got sauce on half their wrap. I'm not sure I will make an effort to stop by here next time I am out here. read more

Food is good. Good bar food. Wings are good. Biggest issue is their hostesses. They seat people like they are drunk. We had a larger party, we expect to wait. They seated 6 top table after 6 top table ahead of our large table. They seated these tables with 3 and 4 folks while larger parties waited. If you are thinking that they are on a strict first come first serve...wrong! The small parties came after the large parties. We lead with the fact that we didn't have to sit together btw. I gave this place 3 stars based only on service and food other than the wings. The burgers were good, but my wings were fried way too long to completely dry them out. In my oppinion the wings at Buffalo Wild Wings are way better. read more

This was my second trip to a Wings Etc, my first for a lunch. Good selection of Lunch specials. Wings, wraps, burger, chicken tenders, fried tenderloin sandwich, more. I always wanted to try because of their BROAD bar menu, something for everyone's tastes...not just burgers and wings. I enjoyed my 7 wings with mixed Say It Ain't Tso & Teriyake sauces. Nice meaty wings, crispy like I like them. Wait staff very good; they help each other out. Appreciated how my waitress smiled freely (lost art!) and checked back a couple times. Another brought my water refill and another picked up my bill. Nice atmosphere. Much nicer than it looks from the road. Clean restroom always a plus. Check it out! read more

Terribly slow service! Waited over 35 minutes to get nachos and wings. The fries with the meal were cold. Tables coming in after us were served food before our table. When mentioning that it took an awful long time the response from the waitress was "theirs did too" pointing to the table next to us...that came in later than us, had an appetizer and even received their food at the same time as us. The food here is become absolutely inedible. The last three times I've gone and gotten wings they have been tough almost impossible to chew. Fairly good selections, a good wait staff, bright and accommodating. Can get a little noisy during peak times. The parking lot could use some more lighting in the farthest areas but over all a good place to take the family for a fun, messy dinner. read more

Horrible service. Waited at the door to be seated for a good 10 minutes and our server was at our table maybe at total of 2 times our whole visit. Was going to order dessert, but couldn't seem to find our server for at least 25 minutes. Then, as I was getting ready to leave a couple of teenage boys came in and were waiting to be seated. Several servers walked past them, including the manager, never even saying a word to them like be right with you, or just one moment. It's not like the restaurant was busy either. Maybe 5 or 6 tables in there total. The two boys stood there and waited for at least 20+ minutes, and still were not seated by the time I left. Food is okay, but service lacks! By chance I came in twice today, served at the bar by 2 females bartenders each visit. My 1st visit was spending the first 8-10 minutes watching the bartender stock the cooler without turning around once to see if the 4-5 of us at the bar wanted anything. The rest of the service from her was okay, about a 2, 3-star. Later that night, I sat down next to a gentleman who warned me that I will have to wait 10-15 for service from the bartender, Christy. He expressed his disappointment with service here, and he wasn't far off from his estimate. She finally said she will take my order after she got off the phone with a take-out order, but after she hung up, she make a few drinks for other customers, ran to the back, talked to a few people, ate some food by the tap dispensers, THEN took my order. Later, it just so happened that bartender #1 came in and sat next to me with some guy to have drinks. My bartender #2 then seemed to care more about keeping her drinks full and colder than my own or the others around her. 3x I counted an almost empty bottle in front of me as she asked my neighbor for a new beer, not so much as making eye contact with me. Overall, I'd like to think I had bad luck with 2 subpar servers lacking customer service skills. My hope is for management to manage the job performance of their service because overall, the food, prices, and atmosphere is pretty nice. It's the only reason they get 2 stars and not 1. read more
