This review is a few months late but I finally found my pictures from my visit to this nice…read moreGranger, Indiana restaurant in 2025 and figured I'd still put my review out there. Better late than never! So this visit was me, my bf, and his parents in honor of my boyfriend's birthday in 2025. The exterior is really nice and new, as is the interior! More on that in a bit... We had a reservation that we made weeks in advance but still had a wait. Rocky River Tap and Table were definitely understaffed and it took forever to get waited on and then we waited nearly 30 minutes to put in our food order. Our waitress was Amy and she tried but she definitely had too many tables. Once we got our drink and food orders, I sipped on a cider from Round Barn in Michigan (refreshing!) and I ordered a $21 bison burger with sweet potato fries (tasty!). I always get sweet potato fries whenever they are an option and this was a very generous portion. We had cheese biscuits to share and all 4 of us were addicted to them. The biscuits were so unique! My bf got a free birthday dessert of a carmel brownie dessert that was diverse in flavors and a crispy salted crispy-ness on the bottom 9/10. He, of course, shared his dessert because he's a very lovely and well-trained guy! Haha! So we enjoyed the food and the drinks but were not inpressed with the service. How about the decor and ambiance? Well, Rocky River recently underwent a renovation and it looks spectacular! The interior was white with moss on the walls and poinsettas everywhere as it was the holiday season of 2025. It is perfect for classy Instagram-worthy photos. I didn't pay for our dinner but I found that the prices were decent for the most part. I'd come back on a slower day. Where else can I get a bison burger with sweet potato fries for only $21 in Michiana?

The wings were fine. Both bathrooms were completely trashed, didn't have any toilet paper, and were disgusting. There was no service so it took asking over and over for our food to even come out- when it did we had to carry it to the table ourselves. There was only one other table of customers, so they were not busy - the workers were simply not doing anything besides blaring bad music. This is opposite of other reviews so I'm not sure what happened, but I have never had this bad of a restaurant experience and I would never come here again.

Bartender/waitress was great! She immediately informed us of the food and drink specials. Only negative, she didn't introduce herself. We ordered the loaded nachos (special for $9.99) for a starter. They were loaded with queso, tomatoes, refried beans, lettuce, and seasoned ground beef (our choice). Definitely entrée sized. My husband order the bacon cheese burger ($12.95). Topped with 3 crispy strips of bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, pickle, tomato (he asked for no tomato but he got it anyway), mayo on the side. I ordered the Franky's favorite burger ($13.95) It was topped with cheddar cheese, mushrooms, shredded lettuce, tomato, and mayo on the side. Crispy fries are included with all burgers and sandwiches. The burgers were very flavorful, thick patties. Sorry about the pictures. Forgot to take before we indulged. We look forward to returning.
