The daily food and drink specials made choosing lunch even harder (in the best way). We ordered the breaded tenderloin and the Hot Italian sandwich, and both were excellent. Now...let's talk about that Indiana tenderloin. It hangs so far off the bun that the bread is basically just there for moral support. Crispy, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and exactly what you hope for when ordering a Hoosier classic. The Hot Italian didn't disappoint either--loaded with flavor and paired with fries that were crispy, well-seasoned, and dangerously addictive. Fries Worth Fighting Over? Inside you'll find wall-to-wall TVs, a stage for live music, and regular events like poker and trivia nights, making it just as much of a destination as it is a neighborhood sports bar. Seemed like it had a lot of artificial lemon in it, not sure, but I know I did not like it. The hubby had a Corona and our friend had a pitcher of beer. We perused the menus and it did take a good while for the waitress to come back and take the order. The hubby ordered a hamburger and fries and our friend had the buffalo chicken wrap and I ordered the twice baked tater skins. The husband said his fries were cold and the burger looked like a frozen patty as it was perfectly formed and it was just ok. I may have ordered the wrong dish myself as I did not care for the potato cheese mixture that was inside so I ended up stripping all the insides out and just ate the skins themselves. Husband had to flag down the waitress to get the bill and keep in mind that they were not busy. It is a typical bar atmosphere in here with TVs all around the perimeter. Used to go frequently for their Monday wings special, but other than that, the prices aren't worth the sub par quality of the food. The servers are tolerable; not rude, but certainly not personable at all. Those tending bar have always been friendly and jovial, however. The overall cleanliness is quite poor. And, that's not even factoring in the bathrooms that are not only consistently dirty, but in disrepair and often lacking in soap and hand towels. I found myself tolerating all of the shortcomings for the benefit of cheap Monday wings, but eventually even that wasn't enough to justify my continued patronage. read more

We dined out last night and ordered tater tots as appetizers and wings for our main courses. While the server was courteous, there were delays in follow-up service, which was unexpected given that the restaurant was not particularly busy. I understand that staff may have multiple tasks to manage, but the wait time for the bill was longer than anticipated. Overall, while the experience was enjoyable, there were aspects that could be improved. Additionally, the presence of a football game may have contributed to some of the busyness in the establishment. read more
