10 Pcs Wing Combo
Gabbie

These are one of the best wings I've ever tasted. I ordered the 10 piece wings combo (Hot). The wings were really good but the fries tasted like frozen fries that you throw into the oven they weren't fresh. But besides that the wings were a 10/10 Highly Recommend!

Got takeout. Teriyaki chicken is good and my husband liked his Philly cheesesteak. Pretty quick service.

Very good wings and plenty of flavors to choose from. Get your fries crispy or they will be soggy before you get home.

The fries are a standout--the portions are huge and perfectly seasoned. We also love their loaded fries! The restaurant itself is usually clean and well-kept. The only downside is the restroom, which could use more frequent attention. I understand it can get busy with events nearby, but as paying customers, a little extra upkeep would make a big difference.

I lovedd the smashburger and the fries were good too. This might be the best smash burger I've ever had. My friend loved her grilled club. I'd happily come back but would maybe try a different flavor shake (or an alcoholic slushie) and would hope the bathroom is cleaner. The milkshake was a good consistency but the flavor just wasn't my favorite. Tasted more like it had a whip cream kind of base than vanilla ice cream. Didn't have that crisp vanilla-ness. Hard to explain but if you love vanilla milkshakes you'd probably see what I mean if you tried it. The workers were courteous and our order came out in decent time. The booth we sat at was cool. I like the ambiance in the place. Location is nice, with it being in downtown Duluth. I will probably be back :)

The location was clean, there are only a few tables and bar seats, (no alcohal) there are several TVs playing different things (the guy at the counter turned on the Minecraft movie for my son while we ate!! Super nice. My oldest and I order the Gouda burger... and my youngest ordered the hot dog. All with fries. (Prices seemed a bit high but honestly it was more than worth it!) The food came out pretty fast... and it looked awesome! (See pictures) the Gouda burger has lettuce, tomato, onion, Gouda, bacon, and shoe string potato chips on top of a good sized black angus patty. This was maybe the best burger I have had since I moved to GA! How are people not swarmed all over this establishment eating here! This was amazing! It was "ohhhhhh my Goddie to dam Hottie!!!" The burger was juicy and packed with amazing flavor! The addition of the shoe strings grave it a crunch that I just loved! I didn't even put catchup on it... I ate it as they brought it... nothing added nothing removed. It was phenominal! My son's hit dog was huge.. and loaded with condiments... onion, tomato's, relish on a monster dog. He couldn't finish it. The fries need to be cooked in hotter oil so that they get crispy.. some were kinda crisp some were not and salt the fries! The fries were ok... but the burger more than made up for it! I'm telling you this is burger heaven! If you're looking for the best burger around head on over to the Burger Factory... I know I'm going back to try a different offering soon!

This visit they had a mascarpone ravioli with scallops, spinach, sundried tomatoes, and lobster-butter sauce. Outside seating is a winner with umbrellas for the summer and propane burners for winter. The service was already terrible when we were told to sit down wherever and then this guy comes out of nowhere and sits us down at a terrible spot, and keeps coming back to asks questions even when we ordered steak he came back to ask what temperature which is very odd because it's normally asked when you order THE steak. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but I've never seen that before. I picked up the food, and my friend and I ate right in the car in front of the restaurant. The inside was super lively--music, dancing, great energy. But when I bit into the burger, it was very pink inside--not well done. I took it back in, and they remade it with no problem. To my surprise, they even restocked my curly fries, which were awesome. The final burger was fantastic. Overall, great service, great atmosphere, and despite the initial hiccup, I'd definitely return--maybe even dine in and join the fun!

BW has won the last two years Burger Week so I had high expectations. Also looking at the menu, I will be certain to visit again as it had some awesome looking burgers listed. The Burger Experience The description promised a lot: a double 1/4lb burger on a toasted brioche bun, loaded with fried mozzarella, crispy bacon, sweet-smoky bourbon bacon jam, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomato. While the burger was definitely tasty it sadly missed  the mark as vibes didn't  match the promo photo or description. Maybe it was due to Burger Week Kitchen Fatigue, who knows but I hope the kitchen sees this review and steps up their presentation.  Comparing the promo shot to the actual burger was a big miss. The promo showed a perfectly architectural tower with massive onion straws, while the actual burger relied more on the fried mozzarella and bacon for bulk. It was a solid burger, but the kitchen missed the mark IMO. The Sides & Service The real star of the show might have been the Waffle Sweet Potato Fries. I asked for them to be extra crispy, and the kitchen nailed it--perfectly crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. As for the service, it was just okay. It was a busy Saturday afternoon during a Burger Week so it was a packed house, so while it wasn't stellar, it was functional. In fact, the table next to use was seated after us, had more people 4vs2 and  they served and nearly finished before our food even arrived to the table. Final Verdict If you're in Norcross it's worth a stop to check out B&W based on the menu options but don't expect too much from the Burger Week Burger.

The guy working the register is not really helpful and I think it may be because he doesn't speak english that well and tries to hide it. I asked if my bun could be toasted well and if the burger can be cut in half and he didn't add anything on the register, then when I stared at him waiting for him to add it, he dismissively turned to the cook and said "bun". When I got the burger, the bun wasn't really toasted and it wasn't cut in half, so I sent it back. The cook was very nice about it and brought it back out with no issues. The burger was good, but all of the food was really greasy. While eating the burger, grease began to drip down my hand and the fries/onion rings still looked wet. I ate this for dinner and woke up with the absolute worst headache that lingered for 3 days... Also, just a heads up that it is a la carte, so the drink and sides were an additional cost. The impossible was an upcharge, they don't sell small drinks, then the fronion rings all came to be about $20, which was pretty expensive. The location is tucked in a Kroger parking lot and wasn't busy when I went, which was later in the evening. The inside was very clean, nice and organized. It was also quiet inside, which I liked.
