I received wings and they were burnt, tasted very bad and hard!I had to throw them in the trash after two bites. I called the place to share my thoughts and see if I can a fresh batch made (lemon pepper & ranch). The Manager was so rude and told me to go in the trash to get them. Now that is poor customer service. What a waist of my money. I am no longer order here any longer. I told him I will be making a review on this restaurant he told me "go ahead"". He didn't care about me being a customer. Never again! #poor-service and management. I should have ordered somewhere else for lunch. read more

It is what you would expect. All fried food, all the time. Went there under the expectations of good bar wings, and left with fast food at bar prices. The place was clean, the people patient. We asked about thirty questions about their sauces, trying to pick the perfect blend of sweat and spicy for our dinner picnic at home. It wasn't a horrible experience, but with all of Richmonds great bars, there is no reason to return. As a side not, I will not be fooled by Chicken Nuggets under the alias of boneless wings. I think the market director that spun white meat chicken nuggets into boneless wings to sell adults on children's food to be a genius, but I am slightly insulted when servers tell me there is no difference. Adults like children's food, no shame in our game, but why try and protect our ego by calling it something that sounds like a bar food? What's next juice boxes called mixers? Go Yo's as palette cleansers? Avoid the sugar sounding sauces, the cinnamon and maple sugar put my GF into a sugar coma, and ended our picnic on the coach at 8pm. Not the all night cuddle 'thon we had planned on :) read more

These wings were awesome. We ordered two different flavors and both were delicious. I'm a hot sauce fanatic and my wings were the perfect combination of spicy and flavorful withiut the gross pepper taste. I will say the sauce was a little heavy on the bbq wings but was perfect on my buffalo wings. And the price is very reasonable especially on Thursdays wing days! read more

Tried wingzone for the first time recently because of a val pak mailing coupon. I was craving someting different. Their wings are nice and juicy and their variety of sauces are nice. the fries are pretty dry though, also i got the cool ranch seasoning on it and it was super salty. I've gotten the thai wrap and was super sweet for my taste. All in all i would stick with the wings if i were to order again. The upside is that they do have delivery if i am not trying to leave the house. read more

Wing Zone - Chicken Wings Near Me - Richmond, Virginia

Food tastes good, but they're way overpriced in my opinion. They need to offer better deals, I think. They also messed up my order when I had them deliver. I fries and a wrap missing, which is a bummer anytime. read more

I order take out at wing zone often. Fast delivery. The mobile version of the website can be better, but the wings are good. My favorite is the boneless BBQ wings read more

Wing Zone - Wedges !!! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Richmond, Virginia

Always fresh and hot. Wedge fries are absolutely amazing. Thai chili wings are superb. My absolute favorite.

My food went out for delivery at 8:58. It was delivered to me COLD at 10:39. One order was incorrect and another the wing was in the bag! Smh. When I called the store the man seemed upset with me as if I was in the wrong. Needless to say I was very disappointed. read more

I did not have a great experience with Wing Zone today. Ordering online is easy, delivery was quick (for them) but the food was wrong. What was worse, is the food looked correct until I ate it. I ordered boneless wings, with the Honey Q Sauce (Not Spicy). I must have received the Blazin' Q sauce because my mouth was on fire. That has 3 pepper icons next to it. I wrote a review on their site, but I highly doubt I will hear anything from them. The mozzarella sticks were good, but the wings were disappointing. I also checked my order and I ordered the correct sauce, it was on my order and the receipt. read more

NO ONE here wore masks. Not the man taking my order, the manager, the cook nor the lady in the back cleaning. This resistance clearly not takin covid precautions and the health of their customers seriously. A big issue! read more

Wing zone has the most overpriced wings in Richmond, more than 1$ per wing for boneless glorified chicken nuggets? Literally the smallest "wings" I have ever eaten. I have ordered from them dozens of time and the wings are different every time, most of the workers could absolutely care less about your order and every once in a while they'll pretend they stop taking orders an hour before they close just because they don't want to work. Time to switch to literally any of the 20 wing places within 10 miles. read more

Good food service was excellent delivered on time food was very good would highly recommend it

Really love this store, and have ordered from here since 2015. The wings (I've only had boneless) are okay enough, the sauces are pretty flavorful to me. I LOVE the mac-n-cheese bites and usually get those unless I'm just really feeling the fries, which like most places I like to dip in Honey Mustard. I LOVE the fact that they finally upgraded their dessert game, some might see the 3 new ones and basic, but to me they're SO MUCH BETTER than the cheesecake/brownie bites they had for years! Usually go with a burger from here even though it's Wing Zone. read more

I'm not the type of person to make a review about somewhere. But I felt this business deserved it. The size and amount of wings and fries I got was a large portion and for a fair price. The food smelt good and tasted just as good. The inside of the store was very nice and with friendly service. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

I was in the mood for wings and figured that Wingzone would be the place to go, because I love trying out new places and thought that it couldn't hurt. It was a little bit of a drive from my place, but I was hoping it was worth it. When walking in I noticed it was very clean, and the ladies working were very friendly. The take out menus were available and that was what I ordered from, because the main menu didn't seem to organized. The flavors could be lined up a little better according to heat, kind of like BWW. I ordered the fried pickles, 10 boneless wings and a drink. The flavor was a honey BBQ type of flavor. I was told about 15 minutes and pretty much 15 minutes later my name was called and my order was ready, so that was a positive. I took my wings to go and was on my way. I attempted to eat the pickles, which came with a small store bought container of ranch, on the way home. They had an odd sweet taste to them so I wasn't able to finish them. I ate the wings at home, well most of them, they were just smothered and buried in sauce and it was a little too much. Overall the experience was nice, and the staff was friendly. I just expected a place with the name of wingzone to have a little better product. I recommend that you try it out if you are in the area and see for yourself. read more

I ordered delivery, and I wasn't impressed at all. The quesadilla sounded good, but I was wrong. The only flavors present were burnt and salt. So gross. read more

I typically order the honey BBQ wings which are drenched in sauce but taste delicious with ranch or their blue cheese. However in the past I've had bad experiences with their customer service, several rude employees getting upset over me using coupons. It was ridiculous but that's been awhile so hopefully that won't happen again because I do enjoy the wings! read more

I placed an online order. 10 minutes later I got a call that Wing Zone does not deliver to my area after dark, despite the fact they have delivered to my house several times before, always after dark. Keep in mind that this place does delivery until midnight and they won't come to my house at 5:30 in the afternoon. I'm not happy. Not ordering from Wing Zone again. read more

Had these at a catered work happy hour and was pleasantly surprised! Delicious boneless wings. Boneless is the only thing I've had from and here (and the fries) but they were delicious. I particularly like the Thai Chili and the Lemon Zinger. Buffalo had a great amount of heat to it, with all the deliciousness of a buffalo sauce. I definitely want to go in and try some other things as well. read more

Moderately fast delivery, moderately tasty wings, and moderately warm fries are about the best I have come to expect from wing zone. If you're going to eat here at all, I'd recommend dining in, because at least then the food will be at its warmest- but there are far better options in the area. read more

I ordered delivery and the women I talked too wad a miserable bitch. Food got to me quicker then I thought it would too bad the food was pure crap. Funny I didn't see wing soup on the menu cause these wings were swimming in some of the cheapest sauce I have had the displeasure of eating the burger couldn't have been any drier I literally choked it down. read more

I love a good wing spot, so I ventured into wing zone. I heard they were pretty good, but can be pricey... But I wanted to give them a try for myself .. So.. I went online, ordered a MegaDeal, which was 30 wings w/2 sides $25.99 (mixed 15 boneless/15 regular) We chose fries and mozzarella sticks for our sides. (You can never go wrong with mozzarella sticks when your a cheese addict like myself!!) the fries were seasoned well, and were really tasty. Next step was choosing a sauce, there is a long list of flavors... We chose honey q and barbecue bacon nirvana... (Again, anything with bacon... Is a yes please for me!) ... I left the house, 10 mins later walk into the store, which was pretty empty for 6 pm on a Saturday night. (This was perfect for me since I had 3 starving people waiting on theses wings) As I'm checking in on yelp, I was excited to discover there was a 10% discount digital coupon for yelpers! Whoo hoo!! it was a bonus since I wasn't expecting that. The girl behind the counter wasn't familiar with how to do a yelp discount, but was happy to honor it and asked another girl who said she was surprised to hear they had one but sure she would honor it. They were really great about it and I was out the store in 5 mins. The guy brought it out to me quick, and my food was hot and ready... Everything was delicious, and still hot when I got home...the sauces were good. But, the bbq bacon nirvana was the star of this meal.... Also, the boneless wings were slightly better than the regular ones. (Not based on taste, more based on my personal preference) read more

Ordering is very convenient with online order and delivery is super fast. Then the wings are crispy and delicious. I recommend the original over the boneless wings since the boneless has a more processed taste, but still good. read more

good food and very excellent customer service. Quick delivery. Good sauces. Well cooked food. Hot foid

I tried the wings at this location, it was amazing. They have gluten free options and seem to care about their customers. If you have a food intolerance, this is the place to eat wings. read more

Got my roommate and I puking all night from food poison. Burger and wings were good that's why I am giving 3 stars

The wings are just ok, However the customer service when ordering over the phone is absolutely Horrible!!!!

Fast delivery...I ordered for dinner while I was at work and it came on time for my break. I tried the buffalo sauce. It wasnt overly saucey and wasnt too spicy. Very easy to order online. read more

Do yourself a favor, and go elsewhere. This place is not good, and I know a thing or two about wings. The sauces are not good. Their parmesan garlic is by far the worst parmesan garlic sauce I've ever experienced. They overcook their wings. I called them up on National Wing Day and told them I wanted 16 wings, which were $12.99. When I get there, I pay and have a few minutes to wait until my order. I hear the lady take an order over the phone and she tells the person on the line that they have a special, 20 wings for $10.99. When she was off the phone, I asked why they never told me about that when I called in my order. She then said, "oh, would you have liked that?". I then sarcastically told her that I prefer paying more money for less food. What a freaking idiot. I was pretty pissed. This place sucks and I will never be going back. Go elsewhere!!!! read more

Blows. Unless you are totally desperate for wings, save your money and hit Hooters which is just up the road. Truly, Walmart has better wings. These were over priced, over cooked and over sauced. We got 20 and split byn Tame flavor and Garlic Parm. There was basically no difference in taste. read more

Terrible customer service. The first time we called we were put on hold and then transferred to a line with another person ordering. When we called back a second time, the employee on the phone was incredibly rude. He was very disrespectful and basically hung up on us. read more

Several months ago I wrote a review that was negative related to being informed about their Thursday Night special. Since that review I have been back numerous times- Thursday and aother days. The staff is consistently helpful and cheerful. The food is consistent and always a great value, even if not bought as part of the Thursday special. It is not fancy nor does it have the feel of a sports bar. If, you are looking for good food at a reasonable price, this is the place! read more

Service was good. Food was fresh we did a pick up order. The 50 wing combo was good it feed my get together 6 adults. Hot shot 3 was good not to spicy but we order an extra side of nuclear habanero to dip in also did a order of ranch flavor which was also on point but the lemon pepper diff needs some improvement I would not order that flavor again it tasted as though it was broiled and the seasoning was not good. All in all in was a pleasant experience I would come back read more

Terrible!!!!! I walked in on a Sunday morning just short of opening. I was the only customer. The cashier was an older woman who had an arrogant attitude who slammed the register shut after hesitantly taking my order. I sat to wait for my food after ordering, after which the manager walks out with my food. I could see from a far off he'd served a plate of hardeded wings not fit for a DOG and thanked me for ordering. It felt like a slap in the face and a total disgrace. I carried my tray through the empty store to the front counter where i placed it. No need for a refund or a replacement, ill never do that again! No stars, Im only leaving one because andriod forced me to in order to leave this comment!!!! read more

I got these wings delivered and they were actually pretty good . Far from the best I have had but I am giving them 4 stars because they were very respectable, plus they were open till midnight on new years day when everyone else was closed and they deliver for a $2 fee. Also I got the deal where you buy 20 and get 7 free for $14.79 dollars . Hard to beat for that price. The Thai Chili sauce is very very good . It's not very hot , just a very slight kick. I also got the Honey Q which is a basic sweet bbq flavor , good but not as good as the Thai. My wife however liked the BBQ better then the Thai , to each their own. We both agreed they were good wings tho. Slightly crispy , cooked right and juicy. read more

I have never had a bad experience here. Wings are always hot and fresh. Service is always top notch and quick to accommodate. Several menu options to pick from when I have the whole family or just my wife. Great spot to knock out your wing fix. Thanks WZ read more

It was terrible service. First I ordered it through eatstreet and paid for it, then I went to go get my food and the lady wouldn't let me go because she said I didn't pay. Not good service, so she overcharged me and then I saw the receipt in my email and then we to show her I did pay. She still didn't believe me so she got her manager. The manager voiced my money back to me. Then when I got home I got the buddy pack and I didn't get all my wings I got 15 wings when it was suppose to be 20. read more

This is straight up fast food. I'm amazed at the high reviews. I like the fact that they deliver but if I'm rating it on wings, it's no Bueno. I would rate it on par with little ceasars or pizza hut. read more

Got delivery from here. The delivery was fast but the driver didn't really carry any big change. The food was ok. We got wings and 2 salads. The salads were mediocre but they gave a lot of dressing. The wings were ok. They seemed a little overcooked as they didn't have any crispness and tenderness. read more

Great hamburger and wings. Condiments (lettuce, onion, tomato, ketchup, mustard, relish) were packed individually so I could fix it the way I wanted. Didn't like fried pickles at all. They were sweet not dill like I expected-not described at all on menu. The mozzarella sticks were ordinary frozen but the dipping sauce was chunky. Tasty. Sauces could be described better related to general taste and the level of spice. Timely delivery. Good prices. I'd order from them again. read more
