If you are thinking about placing an order for delivery, don't do it. Tracked our order, as it stated someone was picking up the order, an hour later still says the same thing. Next thing I know, I get an email stating the delivery was cancelled. As frustrating as it was, oh well that's what we get for not picking it up. Anyways, as any person you are hoping to get a refund. The email states to call the place for any more info on the cancellation. Call multiple times no answer. Call the next day when they open, guy answers the phone, I explain what happened, hangs up on me. So we drive to the location. As soon as I say something about the issue and just wanting to make sure we were getting our money back, no help, immediately rude, telling us we can't get our money back, he can't do anything about it. We have come numerous times in the evening whenever we have a fried chicken craving. The location itself is small and connected to a gas station convenience store. The employees are always laid back and always get the food orders out in record time. I personally love getting the kids two piece chicken tenders or the grilled cheese both are the perfect portion for an individual. My cousins have gotten other chicken based meals that have them coming back for more every week. Everything is always made super fresh and would satisfy any fried chicken lovers in the area. We had lemon pepper wings, buffalo wings, smokehouse burger, and voodoo fries. Everything was good The lemon pepper wings were my favorite. They were fried and tasted just right. I do prefer a regular sized fry when eating wings but they only have a wedge option. The season on the fries were good though. Plenty to eat and cooked good. I can't believe how good the wings were from a gas station!! I read all the reviews and have to agree. They were awesome. I went here today and ordered a fried chicken sandwich meal, it was not very good. Overdone tasted burnt and the sauce was just poured over the top of the chicken breast instead of being tossed and coated thoroughly , the fries were dry and tasteless, also no un-sweet iced tea option, so had to get a diet Pepsi. What really surprised me is that it took over 20 minutes to receive my meal, despite the fact that I was the only customer.
