Outside pic post tailgate party from the Steelers' post-season game Jan 2026

Fun Steelers' bar, customer service was kind and quick! Absolutely love the decor/helmets and history of the team and local legends. Good food, I enjoyed the tacos, potato salad and sandwich!

This is another fun local sports bar that made my trip to SC a lot of fun! The place is packed with so many TVs to be able to watch any sporting event you could want. We cozied up to the bar and had drinks and a late lunch. It was pretty busy and it took a bit to get drinks and our order taken, but the staff was super friendly and helpful! Lunch was good. The open face was seriously drowning in gravy but the meat was very tasty and tender. The potato salad was bland. The roast beef hoagie was delish! The meat was tender and tasty but not a lot of it. Drinks were good! Recommend as a fun sports bar.

Upon a solid recommendation from what was then just a stranger, we found ourselves at Oscars - and what a fantastic discovery! We were lucky enough to be taken care of by the phenomenal bartender and waitress, JoJo Nichole. Being new in town, we asked JoJo where we could watch some college football, and she went above and beyond. She actually set up a space for us, complete with two "reserved" seat signs and waters waiting on our arrival. Talk about making newcomers feel welcome! From the moment we walked in, JoJo's super-friendly, energetic personality shined through. What really stood out, though, was her attentiveness -- she was two steps ahead the entire night, making sure we never had to wait for anything. Thanks to JoJo, Oscars will definitely be our go-to spot for game days (and more). She turned a recommendation into a true home-away-from-home experience, and we can't wait to come back!

Sliders (minus one already eaten) with fries.

Sports Bar, large menu with variety of choices. Clean. Friendly and attentive staff. We got pretzel (appetizer) with honey mustard. Hot, soft, and delicious. Order of sliders with French fries. Sliders had good flavor, bread very soft. Fries a bit thin, almost crunchy.

I thought Oscar's was good before but now it's even better. Looks great after the remodel. Both the food and service were great tonight!

I hold give this a 3.5 if I could. I reserve 5 stars for excellence. I feel like a 3 is too low,…read morebut a 4 is too high. We have been here many times. It has almost always been a good experience. However, I was disappointed this time because we have ALWAYS been told (in or off season) that they do not take reservations. We even checked their website again before coming this time and it says on their website that they DO NOT take reservations. Upon arriving to the restaurant we were told that we would have to wait longer because we did not have a reservation. We were told that even though they say they do not take reservations, they do now because it is the off season. I guess we were supposed to read their minds and know that their policy changes at an unadvertised date. Poor customer service if you ask me. The food was good as usual (we love their fish spread). Our waitress was kind and helpful, even making sure that we got the best price possible on our food by choosing an item off the happy hour menu for us. The dining area was adequately clean. The bathrooms are adequate as well. I will say that the most trouble we have had is with the host staff. This is not our first time having issues with them being unfriendly or not paying attention to customers. For these reasons I feel like a 4 star review would be too generous.

The outside is great for families or for a date night. They have a section where they have an outside bar so you can be by the water. They also have a small stage that I'm sure they have music outside. So we started off with drinks and some appetizers. We had the calamari, street corn dip and the margarita. We had the steak with a side order of shrimp, had the Big chill burger with an extra side the Hawaiian pasta salad and the Big Chill Island salad with chicken. Service was good. The apps were tasty and if you like spicy hot it was good. The steak and shrimp was good and flavorful, the burger was good but not the pasta salad. It was not good, that even my daughter didn't like it. As for my Big Chill Island salad was also a disappointment. Not sure what it was but the flavors just didn't go well together. I always like to give places a second try so we might come back and I will try another dish.

Let me start this review by saying the ONLY reason I'm giving this three stars is because our…read moreserver Abby A. was phenomenal! We had a reservation for 6:45 pm and arrived a little after 6:30. Almost everyone in the group went to the bar to wait and was told someone would come for them when the table was ready. I stopped in another store on the way in to the restaurant, so I was a few minutes behind. When I came in, I told the hostess that I'm meeting the rest of my party who is potentially already seated, if she could direct me to where. I gave her the name it was under, and she said they weren't checked in yet. I thought it was strange, but it was almost 6:45 and thought we should still be fine. I texted them to let them know what I was told-they DID check in, so I told the hostess I would wait until the table was ready with her so I could let the rest of my party know. I waited until 7:00 and asked her if we were still waiting for a table or if they were waiting for the rest of my party to come out front and she said she would go check. She came back and said that there still wasn't a table ready and we'd have to wait about 15 more minutes. I joined the rest of my group and went back up front since no one came to get us and asked again. We are now approaching an hour past our reservation and she had seated several other big groups one of which specifically told me they did not have a reservation. I got a little frustrated and let it be known and we were finally seated right about 7:45. If it wasn't for the fact that we had two small children with us that were losing their mind, I would've been fine, even if I was annoyed. When we were finally seated, we were fortunately greeted with a wonderful server, Abby A. I was not overly thrilled with the choices of food on the menu, but we had 6 adults and everyone found something and they were all famished, so I couldn't get many pictures. We ordered the street corn dip (delicious), crab hushpuppies (probably would have been really good had they not been so overcooked/on the verge of burnt) and island fries (I didn't try because 2 of the adults were tearing from the peppers) As for entrees, I settled for the steak skewers, which were well cooked, and tasted OK. I opted to get asparagus instead of the broccolini, but it was WAY overcooked, flavorless, and soggy. I wish I thought to ask for some other than fries because the 2 I tried weren't worth eating. Others ordered chicken peanut mango salad (good), Hawaiian Kalua pork (enjoyed), Capera Island salmon (done well), low country pasta added shrimp (shrimp was cooked nicely), and hamburger kids meal...thinner that McDonald's! She didn't even want to eat the burger "slice". The food was decent, but not nearly good enough for me to ever go back after waiting over an hour our time for a reservation that was made over a week ago without any apologies or even checking in on us. If I hadn't kept checking back, I don't think we would've been seated for a while. I could've spent about $400 somewhere else and had better food and treated with more respect while waiting for our LATE reservation.

Took our beverage orders, returned quickly with those and water. She told us the specials which we passed on. Fred ordered fried oysters platter, I ordered an à la carte crab cake and oysters Rockefeller. Our food arrived quickly. Fried oysters were plentiful and crispy. House made chips were crunchy and delicious. My crab cake was wonderful - as close to a Maryland crab cake as I've had in a long time. Lump crab, very little bread crumbs, pan fried and served with a dollop of hollandaise. It needed some Old Bay seasoning. The Rockefeller Oysters were delicious. Plump oysters topped with spinach and Hollandaise. They need a splash of Pernod and would be 5 star. We split a piece of house made peanut butter pie for dessert. It wasn't good. Way too sweet and very soupy. Tasted like a cool whip recipe. Our tab was reasonable and we left our server a generous tip. We recommended the restaurant to numerous people we knew back at the hotel. I'd definitely return!

We each picked a couple items, and at first I was skeptical about how well such a mixed menu would come together. That skepticism didn't last long. What's impressive is how they manage to cover different cuisines and still execute them well. The shishito peppers came perfectly grilled and paired with an amazing sauce that really elevated them beyond a typical appetizer. The meatballs felt like something straight out of a family kitchen comforting, rich, and reminiscent of grandma-style cooking. The shrimp scampi was another standout: flavorful, well-balanced, and not overdone with butter or garlic. But the real highlight of the night was the pistachio espresso martini so smooth, creative, and easily one of the most memorable cocktails on the menu. Overall, it's a great spot for sharing plates and trying a little bit of everything. It turns what could feel like a scattered menu into a fun, consistently solid dining experience.
