On June 3, 2026, I placed a Too Good To Go order from Wing World on Manor Road in Staten Island for $6.52. When I arrived at 4:00 PM to pick up my order, a young employee did not know what Too Good To Go was and told me she needed to speak with her manager. She then asked me to come back later. I returned at 7:00 PM when the owner was there. He told me he had nothing for me. When I explained that I had already paid for the order and requested a refund, he refused. Not only did I leave without the food I paid for, but I also did not receive my money back. What was most disappointing was the owner's attitude. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, he turned around and ignored me while I was speaking to him. This was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment. Customers should not have to worry about paying for an order, receiving nothing, and then being denied a refund. There are plenty of other businesses that value their customers and treat them with respect. read more

I have order from this place twice already and I will say I'm not very impressed. The curly fries where good but come on guys your charging $10.49 W/ Cheese and bacon. That's too much. The wing deal is not so bad but the wing quality is both times I order boneless wings and I will say not so tasty. The wing deal is great but the taste can be better. I got this place confused with Planet Wings one night on Uber eats and unfortunately placed an order. I bought two kids meal options for my son because he's picky, some wings and a burger for the husband. Everything was dry and extremely over salted, on top of that we were even peppered with blatant racism. to teach their ways to children is unacceptable. Ordered 10 pc wings tonight to be delivered.. Didn't realize until afterwards that they were 26.00 !!! Seriously and I asked for them to cook them extra crispy and they came with the skin jiggling !!! Nasty I was at a friends restaurant so I was able to crisp them up myself but you'd think for the money they are charging they could at least prepared the order as requested ! This place is a RIPOFF! I ordered chicken fingers; but what I received was 4 very small greasy pieces of chicken with 1 1/2 inches of thick crunchy batter. Half way through the first piece I began to feel sick, so I stop eating and put the rest of my food in the garbage. I called the restaurant and asked why the fingers had so much batter and I was told that these were their chicken zingers. I told the restaurant that's NOT what I ordered. She put me on hold and after 15 - minutes I hung up. I called again and was put on hold again. They rip me off and weren't willing to correct their mistake. First of all, the people here are great. Friendly, helpful, and an example of how other businesses should be treating their customers. I wish I could say that for their wings. I had tried Planet wings a year ago and it was awful. When I looked at the reviews for Wing World someone commented that they were glad there was a place better than Planet Wings. I am sure reviews like this come from people who have never tasted these wings without sauce or maybe never tasted great wings period. Great chicken wings don't need to hide beneath sauces or cheese. They are delicious all on their own, and the sauces just enhance the experience. Without sauce these wings looked pale, had no flavor, and they didn't even smell appetizing. I took a photo of them and I have to say that my photo actually made them look better than they really look. I believe Wing World can make some changes and do much better. If not, their wings will have to be smothered in sauces to hide their shortcomings. I am uploading two photos. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so here are two photo. So this place.. Lol. The food is overall pretty good. I eat here prob once every 3 months. They have a pretty big menu with a variety of options from chicken, salads, sandwiches and wraps. I've had the lamb gyro from there and that was good. Portion size was good and the gyro was filling. Now, their wings are good but sometimes they lack a little flavor. For example, I ordered a set of wings with chipotle ranch sauce on them. The chicken was fried nicely but I could barely taste the sauce. First time at this location. I've been to the one on New Dorp Lane which I surprisingly enjoyed. I chose to order food and have someone pick it up for me since I was in the hospital and I hadn't eaten in 3 days. This location was closer to them so I figured it's the same food. I ordered a -small chicken tender (4) and honey mustard. The chicken was really tough and were some of the worst quality tenders I even had but the honey mustard was delicious. I just wish the chicken was more edible so I could enjoy the mustard. It was also $6.99 so that was really not worth it. -the plain cheese quesadilla, which is quite large but very very pale like it was nuked and never touched the grill. $4.99 which seemed more reasonable. The total some how came to 16.99. Being I was in a hospital bed kinda sneaking food since they weren't allowing me to eat I never asked why it was so much when it should have been $12. I still like what I had at the New Dorp location but I think this ones a dud. Such a dud I didn't even take a photo of my food. I wish I could give less than 1 star. I was a good customer who not only drove from the other side of the island to pick up food regularly never spending less than $40. I also ordered to my job which is 6 minutes away, however on top of charging a delivery fee they have the nerve to judge you for what you tip- if you have $3 to tip and being charged a delivery fee how about you pay that fee you charge to your drivers instead of calling customers being nasty about the amount of tip. I was told I would no longer be served after spending hundreds with this business just this year alone because instead of pulling in the lot the driver wanted me to walk to meet him . My sister placed an order here through Grubhub and didn't tip very well - As I was coming home from work, I got a very sarcastic phone call from a man here asking if I intentionally tipped poorly or if it was done accidentally. I explained to him it wasn't me who placed the order and he went on to tell me that their delivery drivers work off tips. The delivery drivers are at risk on a normal day. I don't know who orders from a Wing place on Super Bowl Sunday and expects perfection, but these reviewers are probably not being honest about what goes on. Seems a bit picky. I have NEVER had any issue ordering from these guys. With easily 6 orders under my belt, there's never been an issue, a discrepancy, or a late order. Everything is always hot, on time, and delicious. The second time I ever got food from this place, I saw they were missing a menu item that I had ordered the first time. I called to check and see if I could order it, and they informed me the company that made them had a bad run and the food made people sick, so they discontinued ordering from them until it was rectified or they could find another distributor. HONESTY was key in this situation, and it was exactly what I got. They have a customer for life simply because of that. With that being said, the wings are HUGE. A tiny, tiny bit pricier (1 dollar or so) than other wing places (it rhymes with Blanet Pings *whistles*) but the wings are much bigger, at least 2x the size. Sauces are delicious, and all sides are cooked perfectly. Will definitely continue ordering from here. Delivery time is average for GrubHub or WhereYouEat. read more

It's a great place with awesome food, however, the wait time is a bit much especially since it took 20 minutes for my small order. Also delivery takes about an hour which can be annoying since my curly fries got soggy very quickly which sucks. I wanted a refund and the guy at the counter made a tantrum for no reason. At least he gave me $20 but still, I wish service was better. Delivery service is epic though especially the driver since he was a kind and respectful so I tipped him $75. My family was promised a refund by this business that they later revoked after we got food poisoning from eating their food. This establishment doesn't care about the products they serve or the customers they make promises to. How can you promise someone a refund just to later try to take it back when your product was at fault. They can say what they want, the truth is my entire family got sick from what we ordered and I think it's ludicrous to offer a refund for a faulty product just to later say it's not their problem. They have delivered to my home multiple times. Money is a bit tight this week, so I could not genuinely tip as large as I usually do. The restaurant cancelled my order through UberEats with no explanation. I called to see if there was something wrong with what I ordered (usually restaurants give a courtesy call before cancelling). The reason they cancelled my entire order was because the delivery drivers refused to deliver with the tip I gave them. The restaurant rather make $0 then to complete the order. UberEats already charges $3 and additional fee's for delivery. If they called and asked and explained how their drivers were paid, I would have had the opportunity to find additional cash to tip. But nope, no courtesy or real customer service. There must be a way for this restaurant to pay their drivers and stop risking orders. I have read reviews between Yelp and google that this is a reoccurring situation. Do better. read more

I'll normally give a place 3 strikes and you're out. They have reached their limit with me. On average I would spend $30-$40 a week ordering from them. Always giving the driver a $5 tip. That's approximately 2K per year that they have lost from me. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't the food per say it was the service. Because of my diet, I need certain items cooked a certain way, especially if they are deep fried. I always made it point to ask them not to overcook the fried mushrooms. I need them cooked very light. In addition to this, I come to find out the prices on everything went up along with No More Coupons.
