The pizza was delicious (the best we've had on our trip) the atmosphere is warm, and the team are really friendly. It feels like a proper bar with personality unlike much of New York. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, he turned around and ignored me while I was speaking to him. This was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment. Customers should not have to worry about paying for an order, receiving nothing, and then being denied a refund.
