In college I would come with my friends every Tuesday for the wing special. I have since moved out of state but we always stop in when I'm in town. We came on a Wednesday which is 40¢ boneless wings. We each got 16 each since there is a minimum of 8 for each sauce. We both took home leftovers. We always get spicy garlic Parmesan. We also tried Cali gold and hot bbq. Cali gold is bbq and honey mustard and so delicious. Unfortunately the menu does not describe what each sauce is so we had to ask our server and then quickly decide on the flavors. The spicy garlic parm has quite a bit of a kick to it. I always get mojave ranch for dipping. It's a spicy ranch. Their ranch is homemade and top notch. We got pretzel bites to start. They are fried, filled with cheese and come with a side of ranch. Their sides of ranch are 4oz rather than the standard 2oz which is nice do you don't have to ask for extra ranch. They have Pepsi products!! I would have given 5 stars but it was freezing inside. Our server had a winter coat on and I couldn't take mine off either. Chili dog was subpar Luke warm food, French fries were room temp , kids meal came with a whooping 9 French fries. I would be embarrassed to serve this to my customers. This place is due for a serious refresh or an upgrade. A few years ago, it was THE place to be - especially on Dollar Beer Thursdays and weekends - but about the only thing I go in there for now is the Wings, which are still excellent. The place looks and feels kinds tired and dirty; acoustics have always been poor (nothing quite like loud head-banger metal on the jukebox) and there are never as many people here as there used to be...probably because there's more competition in the Ellet/Springfield area now. We ordered buffalo dip as an app. I got boneless wings. Wife ordered bone in wings and Mac n cheese for our daughter and garlic fries to share. Anyway she was nice and took our order and the waiting began. 45 minutes later our order arrived and wouldn't you know it, it was wrong.
