Ended up trying on half a dozen suits. Had to order the coat but had the pants. Returned a week later for alteration measurements. 2 weeks later, a new suit and a new pair of dress pants. And the price was reasonable. All together, 4 really competent staff helped out.

My dress required a good deal of alteration due to weight loss and she and her team approached it with an amazing attitude and ease. I brought Gabriel a designer suit that still didn't feel right after store alterations. He was pretty honest--said the best it could become was a 7/10--and then went to work. He adjusted the shoulders, chest, sleeves, lapels, which required him to move every single button. It was literally a completely different suit. And for the first time, it actually fit the way it should. Since then, I've gone back for five custom suits, multiple shirts, and my favorite, an overcoat (which I'd avoided for years because of off-the-rack fit issues). Every item has come out perfectly tailored. If fit has always been a compromise for you, it's worth seeing what Gabriel can do. Adding some photos, but I'm not a fashion/textiles photographer. I should have read more into the negative ones before using him. A suit to me is an investment and it's really important that tailors take their job professionally. I came in to The Bespoke Clothier after doing some research as I needed a suit altered for an upcoming wedding. I had 2 weeks before the event which I felt was plenty of time for the job. I made an appointment with Gabriel for a consultation to look at the suit and discuss timing and needs for alterations. No real dressing room, just a closet that you can change in. He looked at my suit and made recommendations for the sleeves to be taken in and shortened and pants let out a bit on the waist. I also asked about adding surgeons cuffs with functional buttons. Gabriel mentioned that it's really easy and they do that all the time but they charge per button. Understandable I said and agreed to the pricing. This was Tuesday and was told that the alterations would be complete by Friday. A busy Friday for me meant a pickup on Saturday which would have been perfect as their posted hours on their website says: Saturday 9am-5pm. When I arrived on Saturday to pick up the suit, the lights were out, door locked and a note posted saying "Flexible Hours" this week and to text a number. I texted the number which replied that they would check with Gabriel on timing and they would communicate back to me a time for pickup. No response through Monday evening and by Tuesday at noon, I was getting a little concerned about lack of communication and timing. I decided to call on Tuesday afternoon and Gabriel picked up and told me the suit will be ready by 3pm that day. I arrived at the shop at 3:30pm with the pants ready and the jacket looking disheveled and unfinished with the buttons popped off one of the sleeves and arms way too long. He said he thought I needed the sleeves lengthened and he marked it incorrectly. He said this is an easy and quick job for the jacket and it will be ready tonight. I decided to give him more time to do a good job and said let me pick up tomorrow afternoon. The next afternoon comes and the jacket looked fine but I noticed that the buttons were not functional. He said he didn't take the correct notes and thought I didn't want that even though I was charged extra per button. Again was told that it was an easy job as he does this "all the time" and he would be the one personally making the functioning buttons. Again was told he could do it tonight and I again gave him extra time to do a nice, clean job. The suit was ready with functioning surgeons cuffs but the workmanship was really poor. Also one of the buttons for the interior pocket was missing. The cut and sewing lines were really sloppy looking and the thread for the buttons were not sewing inside the lining, leaving the button thread visible on the cup to lining. I'm not sure if Gabriel just over promises and has to rush through everything but i think he knows better. Overall a stressful situation being almost a week overdue, multiple mistakes and a seemingly rush job to finish. At the initial meeting, Gabriel was also trying to sell me a custom suit which I was seriously considering at the time. Unfortunately this soured my experience and mindset that he would be capable of making a full bespoke suit.

I was pregnant at the time so I patiently waited a few months to schedule my appointment for a bridal gown. I went to two other bridal boutiques and Kita Bridal topped them both. The other two places have really good reviews and are well established so I figured they were the best of the best and I must go. Kita however was still on my mind so I decided to make an appointment and boy am I sure glad I did. Kita just has it, there's something so special about her and her boutique. She made me and my girls feel so comfortable and welcomed. I walked in to country music playing because she asked my girls my favorite type of music. She had hot tea and water, a kiosk where you can pull up dresses, your style, your venue, anything. We literally walked outside after our appointment and all said we love her! She doesn't hover over you or make you feel pressured into buying something. She says I'm here as much as you need me so you say the word and she'll be right there to assist you. One really cool thing is she takes the time to sanitize the dresses between each appointment. Kita hands down topped the other two places I went. Like I said she just has the magic touch! I will recommend her over and over. Side note, she's also an event planner! I booked my wedding planner but if I hadn't already, Kita would definitely have been my choice. You can tell she knows her stuff which I think helps even more when helping you find your dream gown. So how much do I love this place? I'm buying two dresses. One for my ceremony and one for my reception. Did I mention you can completely customize any dress in her boutique?! Don't want a long train? No problem. Don't like the straps? No worries. The manager fr on duty was rude and dismissive when I asked for assistance. She refused to run the tapes and very snarkily said I could call the cops. So I did. Cops were worthless and didnt show or give me a case #. I made a comment about the lowlife clientele here and Karen aka Stella, another crap employee told me not to say that and she was offended. Um you are a cashier at Ross, one of your crap customers or shady co workers just stole my designer jewelry and now you're the tone police? I dont think so. She also told me unsolicited that I could wait at the back of the line to make my $1200 purchase. I told her not happening and she needed to stop harassing me. Ive never been treated like this. She and the phony manager need to be terminated immediately. They are racists plain and simple. I will need to be reimbursed for my stolen ring that has a value far greater than anything in that store immediately. My next call is to an attorney if I dont hear something today. By the time I got to the register, it was 2:15 and I checked in with the woman to return the shoes. She glanced at the shoes and said these are used. I commented that I just got these few minutes ago, there's no way that I can do anything with these in that time span. She kept repeating that these are used and checked in with the manager and said those are used. I commented that these were the conditions that I got the shoes in and to check the receipt cause the time stated my evidence of when I got them. These people literally didn't care what the receipt said and stated that the shoes were used. What's frustrating for me is that I literally got these shoes, bought them, and wanted to return them in a span of 8 minutes and 5 of those minutes were spent being back in line. I guess it's possible for me to freaking waddle like a penguin and slide the shoes, but enough so my right heel isn't messing up the size 9 tag ink and enough where I miraculously don't crinkle the shoes and dong break the lock keeping the shoes together. What's ridiculous is that I kept trying to repeat myself that I just got these and they suggested to me to wash them and return them later or go to another store. That just told me there's extremely something wrong with this location if I can possibly return these at another location apparently. Guess I'll make best use of my money by wearing these out by walking like a penguin for a while. Return at your own risk.
