Regardless of how busy it was, we were still greeted and welcomed by a staff member upon arrival. The young lady directed us to the specific style of handbags his mom had asked for...& did not follow us around the store trying upsell like most shops at the outlet mall...thank god! Once we got into the extremely LONG---LONG line...surprisingly we only had to wait about 6-8 minutes! The best part was that once it was our turn to cash out, the tall young blonde man who helped us didn't rush through our transaction. We couldn't remember his name...it might of been Randell?? It definitely started w/ an R... Whatever his name was, we were thankful that he actually took the time to ask who the handbag was for and give some tips to share on how to upkeep the purse's condition! We both thought that was way above the customer service you'd expect to receive at an outlet store!! We will be back!! Thanks again, Randell???--she loved her birthday present!

We saw characters such as Kuromi, Snoopy, Hello Kitty, Stitch, Bluey, etc. The theme overall is cute stuff! Claire's was near Miniso and Pop Mart. We were greeted right away when we entered. Staff were very friendly and asked if we needed help, if we were looking for anything special, or if we wanted any piercings... LOL! This store was having a "Buy 3, Get 2 free" special.
