They use Pat LaFrieda shredded beef for their sandwiches! The food came out quickly despite how bustling the brewery was. It struck a really nice balance between structured activities and free time. Since this was a Wednesday afternoon, it was relatively quiet, which made everything even better -- easy to talk, easy to move around, and no crowds...anywhere.
