Finding a new suit is a notoriously high-stakes game. For most of us, walking into a menswear store…read moreimmediately triggers a specific type of fight-or-flight response. You brace yourself for the onslaught: the overly aggressive associate who assesses your net worth with a single glance, the aggressive hovering, the sudden push to add a vest, two extra ties, and a dry-cleaning membership you didn't ask for. You leave feeling exhausted, slightly violated, and poorer than you intended to be. Then, there's the exact opposite of that experience. Her name is Amanda, and she is entirely rewriting the rules of retail. From the moment you meet her, the tension in your shoulders drops. Amanda is the rare professional who combines encyclopedic knowledge of menswear with the genuine warmth of an old friend. She doesn't greet you with a rehearsed pitch or try to steer you toward the most expensive fabric on the rack just to hit her commission quota. Instead, she listens. Need a sharp, breathable suit for a summer outdoor wedding? She knows the exact wool-linen blends that won't leave you melting in the sun. Unsure about whether a notch or peak lapel suits your frame? Amanda explains the geometry of tailoring with such casual, effortless expertise that you suddenly feel like an authority on fashion yourself. She operates with a refreshing philosophy: a suit should make you look and feel exceptional, not like you're playing dress-up in someone else's clothes--and certainly not like you've been taken to the cleaners. There is zero pressure, zero upselling, and zero smoke and mirrors. Just honest, tailored advice from someone who actually cares about how you look. So, if you're in the market for a suit and you want to walk out looking like a million bucks without actually having to spend it--and without the usual headache of aggressive sales tactics--do yourself a massive favor. Skip the stress, head straight to this place, and ask for Amanda. You can thank me later.

Forgive me if I misspell names, but Megan at the front great help, bubbly, awesome, Stacy awesome, Alexa, she's the woman and Cassidy too. All the staff is great and have to deal with crazy brides, like me, but they did it with a smile and I am so glad that out of all the bridal stores/boutiques I chose this one and found the dress I'm going to wear on my special day

I am extremely disappointed with how David's Bridal Long Beach has handled my wedding dress,…read moreespecially because my wedding is October 11 and I am now losing valuable time for alterations. I purchased my wedding dress at this location on August 21 and worked with my stylist, Hannah. During my appointment, Hannah determined that I needed to go up in size and told me that the correct dress needed to be ordered for me. I was told I would be notified when my dress arrived. I did not leave the store with my wedding dress. I never received an arrival notification, but because I had already scheduled my alterations appointment based on when the dress was expected, I called the store beforehand to confirm that it was there. After sitting on hold for approximately 30 minutes, I was shocked when I was told their system showed that I had taken the dress home on the same day I purchased it. I absolutely did not. The manager actually asked me, "Did you not leave with the dress?" No. I did not. I told her they are welcome to check their security cameras because I did not walk out of that store carrying my wedding dress. At this point, the store appears to have no idea where my dress is or what happened with the order that was supposed to be placed for me. What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of follow-through. The manager told me she would investigate and call me back by the end of the day yesterday. She never called. It is now 3:38 PM the following day, and I still have not received an update. This isn't a casual purchase. This is my wedding dress. My wedding is October 11, and I should already be moving forward with alterations. Instead, I'm having to chase down David's Bridal just to determine whether my dress was ever properly ordered and where it is. I understand that mistakes happen. What I don't understand is the lack of urgency after discovering a discrepancy this serious. If your records incorrectly show that a bride took home a wedding gown she never received, that should warrant immediate investigation and communication, not leaving her waiting for a promised phone call that never comes. I have my original receipt and documentation of my purchase. I need David's Bridal to take responsibility for this situation, determine exactly what happened to my dress, and provide an immediate solution that guarantees I receive the correct gown with enough time to have it professionally altered before October 11. The lack of communication and accountability has turned what should have been an exciting part of wedding planning into an incredibly stressful experience.
