We recently contracted with Windowsmith Window Cleaning Service of Concord, Ca. clean our windows and screens in our two-story townhouse. Jolene and her team member Antonio arrived ahead of the schedule time and began an inventory of the windows/screens and walk through our home surveying the work to be performed. They were both very pleasant, friendly, very professional and began the cleaning of the windows and screens which was completed very timely and efficiently. They treated our house with respect and wore shoe coverings to protect our flooring. Following the work, they walk through the house again to ensure that we were pleased with the work performed. We found no fault and was extremely please with the service provided. We would use this company again and highly recommend this company to all of our neighbors and friends. We just completed 10 months of a major remodeling project of our home. We needed the windows and screens cleaned of all the construction dust that accumulated on these surfaces. I called Windowsmith because of all the good reviews on Yelp to clean my windows. Here is the good: On the appointed date, Anthony and Maria showed up on time as promised. Anthony gave me an estimate for cleaning all the windows and screens in the house. They proceeded to clean the inside and outside surfaces of the windows and the screens. They also carefully removed the window screens and cleaned around the Paella windows (I suppose Paella windows are different than Anderson windows to disassemble). They cleaned the window sills and frames around the windows. They did an outstanding job of getting my windows very clean for the first time in a very long time. They carefully replaced the screens without damaging them. They took their shoes off so as not to track mud into my house. All in all, the two did excellent work with outstanding results. The windows and screens are so clean, the windows appear almost invisible. Here is the negative: Windowsmith services are not cheap! But I would pay more and get excellent service (and no damage to my windows or screens), than to get a cheaper service and risk having my windows and screens damaged. I would highly recommend they if you need your windows really clean. read more

I was hesitant to spend the money on window cleaning, especially as rainy season is approaching, but I decided to go ahead as I had been intending to have our windows professionally cleaned for the past 6 months.I found the scheduling and informational phone call to be extremely pleasant and helpful. I found that it would not cost as much as I thought it would. I was given a quote over the phone (right on target, it cost the same as I was quoted). When Chrissy showed up she was extremely professional and I expressed my slight concern about the forecasted rain in the next few days. She assured me that Windowsmith has a 7 day rain guarantee but that the water would roll right off the clean windows, so I should be fine.She walked me through the home (and I HAD to emphasize how dirty our windows were because of ongoing new home construction across the street), it looked like there was mud on our windows, the inside tracks were very dirty also). She went right to work with her partner and within less than 2 hours, all of our 20 windows and sliding door were spotless. At 7 am sharp the Windowsmith Team showed up with 4 cleaners - Chrissy, Aaron, Ivan & Marshall. They were on time, cheerful and ready to get started on this cold morning. Within an hour all the windows and screens on my 2 story house where sparkling. Additionally, 3 screens were identified as having severe sun damage. These were taken to the business to be measured for replacement screens to be made. I appreciated the extra service at a reasonable cost.
