This was my first time having my windows cleaned and I couldn't have asked for a better team to do the job. Chrissy and her team member got to work right away, (sorry I forgot his name since he was outside the entire time). I was so impressed with the speed and efficiency of the work. Also amazing is that they are great for drought conservation since they only each use a small bucket of cleaning solution!!!! Chrissy was a darling and very professional. It was delightful to see her pride in her work and her obvious enjoyment of her job. This is They did an execellent job. They not only clean the windows inside and out, but also clean the screens, tracks and frames. Chissy Smedly was the window cleaner today, she was very friendly and informative. They also repair screens, and Chissy took two of my screens back to their shop for repair. The price of $204 for a two story house is reasonable. They also offer a 2 week RAIN guarantee. If it rains within two weeks they will return to redo any windows that need it. read more

Nick and Matt showed up within the designated time slot to clean the windows on my two story home. They were very professional, pleasant, courteous and easy to be around. I just moved into this home and it looked like the windows had never been cleaned. When the Windowsmith team left, the windows were sparkling clean and they also cleaned the screens. I had a concern about walking on the roof, and they understood and were extremely careful. They forgot to put one screen back on a second story window, so I called and spoke with Nichole and they cheerfully came back and put the screen on for me. First time I use them they were good second time I had all the windows changed in my house and they won't get the glue off the window from where the sticker of the new windows were on there because they say that's construction residue so they only clean dirt so sap or anything else like that they will not clean disappointing. My wife had been begging to get our windows professionally cleaned, and having a 2 story house I figured I would give them a try. After paying $254 to have my windows washed --two guys spending 1 1/2 hours total --which is more than $80/hr each, I discovered a few days later that they had not even cleaned out the bottom track. I called and was told that was considered "housecleaning". I insisted that the bottom track was part of the window and eventually a time was set up for someone to come out and complete the job. He never showed up. There are WAY too many window cleaning companies out there --find another one that is really interested in doing a good job . read more

Ivan and Juan did a fantastic job. They were early to the 7AM appointment and waited for a couple minutes so I could finish getting ready. They were super courteous, removing their shoes for the indoor portion of the work. Both were very friendly, calm, and pleasant. They took a moment to confirm the exact pricing, which was very close to the estimate I'd received on the phone. Then Ivan told us about a coupon we could print out, which saved us a significant amount! They went right to work and finished all our windows and screens inside and out in about an hour and a half. Ivan then asked me if I wanted to look at all the windows so I had the opportunity to inspect everything. Wow!
