Crystal is so very easy to communicate with. When I met the gentleman who gave us the quote, I felt like he was so professional. He spent a lot of time looking at the roof and investigating everything he could find. He even went into the attic and when he was done he showed us pictures of everything he found. So knowledgeable. His name is Matt (ask for him by name) and he was great. The team who showed up to do the work were quite impressive. So many people, everyone involved and knowing exactly what they were supposed to do. So amazing to watch. Our house is big, quite large compared to most. I figured they would be here for a couple of days. I almost laughed out loud when they said they were going to be done in one day. Amazingly enough, they were. The roof is amazing, our new solar skylights are fantastic. The solar shades are really nice and super easy to use. The sun is not ever a factor anymore. Just push a button. I think we made the absolute best choice possible with NEXTGEN. The whole entire company is spot on. When our roof was completed we had family over that weekend. Even my most cynical cousin admitted that he was very impressed not only by the roof, but by the fact that there was no sign of any damage or debris. Not a single nail could be found. Keep up the great work NEXTGEN, I'll keep telling everyone about our great experience. Bravo!!

I have had nothing but excellent service from this company. I first dealt with them when I needed…read moremy roof replaced. I talked with several companies as I wanted to get a metal roof. The salesperson that came to my house spent most of his time discussing the technology of various types of roofing rather than trying to sell me something. Ended up giving me an excellent price quote and accommodated some special time restraints that I had. The installation (roof, extra large covered gutters and downspouts) was very quick and the crew were very professional and polite. Cleanup was excellent. I was so pleased with the roof installation that I had Nescor back to install some new windows in the basement and garage which were not replaced when new windows were installed in the house a few years earlier. The price was again excellent when compared to some estimates that I had gotten. The installation crew was again very professional and polite, and cleanup was great. With my previous positive experiences I again called Nescor when I wanted to replace three entry doors to the house. Their price was again very competitive and I chose them. The doors were special ordered so there was a wait for them to be manufactured. The installation crew was as expected, professional, polite and excellent cleanup. There was a problem that developed during the first month after the installation with one of the storm doors and the sweep of one of the main doors. Adjustments were made to the storm door and a special sweep was ordered for the door with the problem which was installed when received. I also had a vapor barrier installed in the attic which has done an excellent job of stabilizing the temperature and humidity levels in the attic which contributes to the overall efficiency of the heating and cooling system of the house. I am very pleased with the service and prices for the work that Nescor has performed on my home. I would recommend them without reservation.

The entire process was remarkable in that, unlike others, Dave kept his appointments on schedule. He personally inspected the roof and delivered a review of his proposal in tremendous detail. He has a warehouse with all of the material he needed for my roof, so no excuses about shipping delays, cost escalations or backorders. He promised a mid May installation and actually came a week early. He even got the building permit from the Town, which some other contractors seem to forget. His crew was well-prepared, setting up tarps to keep the old roofing out of the shrubs and lawn, got the entire roof (36 squares) done by around 4:00 pm. Clean up was impeccable. New gutters were installed a few days later by very knowledgeable craftsmen who made some upgrades that were much appreciated. I have no hesitation to recommend Dave Miner for your roofing and gutter replacement project. It's refreshing to work directly with the owner of the company.
