The entire process was remarkable in that, unlike others, Dave kept his appointments on schedule. He personally inspected the roof and delivered a review of his proposal in tremendous detail. He has a warehouse with all of the material he needed for my roof, so no excuses about shipping delays, cost escalations or backorders. He promised a mid May installation and actually came a week early. He even got the building permit from the Town, which some other contractors seem to forget. His crew was well-prepared, setting up tarps to keep the old roofing out of the shrubs and lawn, got the entire roof (36 squares) done by around 4:00 pm. Clean up was impeccable. New gutters were installed a few days later by very knowledgeable craftsmen who made some upgrades that were much appreciated. We had an issue with our pavers (original posts were 4X4. New posts were 6X6. The company that installed the pavers a few years back would not return my phone calls.
