Crystal is so very easy to communicate with. When I met the gentleman who gave us the quote, I felt like he was so professional. He spent a lot of time looking at the roof and investigating everything he could find. He even went into the attic and when he was done he showed us pictures of everything he found. So knowledgeable. His name is Matt (ask for him by name) and he was great. The team who showed up to do the work were quite impressive. So many people, everyone involved and knowing exactly what they were supposed to do. So amazing to watch. Our house is big, quite large compared to most. I figured they would be here for a couple of days. I almost laughed out loud when they said they were going to be done in one day. Amazingly enough, they were. The roof is amazing, our new solar skylights are fantastic. The solar shades are really nice and super easy to use. The sun is not ever a factor anymore. Just push a button. I think we made the absolute best choice possible with NEXTGEN. The whole entire company is spot on. When our roof was completed we had family over that weekend. The technician was late and didn't want to go on the roof because it was raining.
