Very poor experience. All I wanted was a bathroom window replacement done with frosted glass…read more They sent out the typical sales guy who assured me that it was a simple job and that there would be no issues. They requested a 1/3 deposit that could not be paid electronically. This should have been my first clue. Then it took a month for the window to arrive. They then scheduled and showed up with a regular window. And they of course ripped out the existing window before checking. So I had to have the wrong window installed and then wait six weeks for the correct panes to arrive. Then spend two weeks going back and forth to schedule a new installation date. Then they flew in and out on the date and I finally had my window. And it took only 10 minutes following the job being finished before someone showed up from the company and demanded payment. Not throughout the whole process was anything given emphasis until it was time for them to be paid. Avoid at all costs.

After hearing concerns of his work from a friend I checked with the building inspector in the town where Todd works the most. It turns out he has NEVER pulled a permit for ANY of his work, which in turn means the work he or his employees completed has NEVER been verified as done correctly. If he's never pulled a permit in WSFLD he probably hasn't in any other town. If you had work done, please verify he pulled a permit for your home by contacting your building department. I suggest you have your house checked by an independent contractor and then contact the BBB, Attorney General's Office or start a civil court action so you don't end up paying for his failure to following the law with significant water damage you cannot see. Water damage = Big money!
