Crystal is so very easy to communicate with. When I met the gentleman who gave us the quote, I felt like he was so professional. He spent a lot of time looking at the roof and investigating everything he could find. He even went into the attic and when he was done he showed us pictures of everything he found. So knowledgeable. His name is Matt (ask for him by name) and he was great. The team who showed up to do the work were quite impressive. So many people, everyone involved and knowing exactly what they were supposed to do. So amazing to watch. Our house is big, quite large compared to most. I figured they would be here for a couple of days. I almost laughed out loud when they said they were going to be done in one day. Amazingly enough, they were. The roof is amazing, our new solar skylights are fantastic. The solar shades are really nice and super easy to use. The sun is not ever a factor anymore. Just push a button. I think we made the absolute best choice possible with NEXTGEN. The whole entire company is spot on. When our roof was completed we had family over that weekend. Even my most cynical cousin admitted that he was very impressed not only by the roof, but by the fact that there was no sign of any damage or debris. Not a single nail could be found. Keep up the great work NEXTGEN, I'll keep telling everyone about our great experience. Bravo!!

EJ's Roofing are my kind of contractors; they think about the work they do and how to do it. EJ told me that he would be excited for the challenge and the detailed effort of actual watertight creating seals on all the 1000s of angles on the domes. He showed me a brilliant portfolio of previous work on custom roofs and how he'd managed it. I like professionals who aren't just there to do a job, but who are there to do a good job and who put in the research to make sure it's good. Also, given the scope of the problems they had to deal with, the repairs were reasonably priced. Great people to work with. Highly recommend.

Beyond Green is an amazing company. At best having a roof replaced is an annoyance. At its worst…read morehaving a roof replaced is the kind of stress you hope to never, ever have to enure for a day or so, much less a week. Recently we replaced the crumbling slate roof on our Greenfield Victorian home with Beyond Green. The roof was in terrible disrepair, sits beneath an enormous copper beach tree , and is at ungodly pitch. For the average layman the job seemed impossible. Thank goodness my husband selected Beyond Green to do the work. Not only is the roof stunningly beautiful ,the owners and crew were an absolute joy to work with. I won't lie to you, I hated every single moment of the process, but the beyond green crew were so kind and supportive and frequently went out of their way to make sure we experienced the least possible amount of stress. They are deeply respectful as well. On any given day there were 3-5 workmen on the porch roof in front of our second floor windows and not once did I feel my privacy was compromised. No one ever looked in, not even by accident and when my sparsely dressed young female intern came by for a meeting not one head turned and not one comment was made. There was never inappropriate language or behavior in my yard, in fact quite the opposite.... They kept the property as clean as they could on a daily basis and they kept us updated on the process. For 7 days Beyond Green showed up when they said they would and let us know when they were leaving. Nothing at all was left to chance or surprise. If you need to have a roof replaced or of you want to work with a construction crew that are not only expert in their field but considerate and respectful humans there is simply no other choice. I wholeheartedly recommend Beyond Green. Hire them for your project, you'll be so glad you did.

I was delighted by my experience with Major Home Improvement, and I want to share how impressed I…read moream with their quality and efficiency. From the very beginning, the process was clear and reassuring. Quote Process: We started by seeking multiple quotes for our home renovation. I personally reached out to 15 companies in our area for the job, which included replacing our roof, gutters, siding, windows, and doors. Tom Smith from Major Home Improvement visited us and provided a detailed presentation of materials and options with no pressure or aggressive sales tactics. Of the 15 companies, eight refused to provide written quotes, four offered written quotes lacking detail, and three provided thorough information on products, costs, and timelines. After careful research, Major Home Improvement stood out for their reputation and the quality of their products, ultimately tipping the scale in their favor. Installation Team: Once we decided to move forward, Tanya from the office staff was very kind and courteous, efficiently scheduling every aspect of the project. The installation team--Philip, Edwin, Ivan, and field supervisor Mark--all performed exceptionally. Philip and Edwin, in particular, worked tirelessly and demonstrated strong dedication, ensuring the area around our house was spotless at the end of each day. Ivan and his team handled the doors and windows with impressive attention to detail, taking extra time to guarantee everything was perfect. Mark visited the site several times, making sure the project was running smoothly and promptly answering any questions I had. Final Outcome: The entire experience was a pleasure, marked by clear communication, hard-working staff, and outstanding results. One memorable moment was watching Philip and Edwin work late into the evening just to leave our property clean and safe--a gesture that truly made an impression. Thank you, Tom and the crew, for your dedication throughout the project. Without question, if I had to do this job all over again, I would absolutely choose Major Home Improvement. Their professionalism, quality, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire process stress-free and rewarding. I highly encourage anyone considering home renovations to trust Major Home Improvement for exceptional service from start to finish.
