The representative stopped by, listened to what I was looking for and described in great detail the Sunesta system. We ordered a large 11' x 17.5' awning. The crew came in yesterday, at precisely 8AM and finished the installation before 11AM. The installers were super professional and measured everything, making sure the awning was perfectly level and the pitch was to our liking. They offered some practical tips on maintenance. We weren't certain about the striped color ordered from the book. It matched the outside wall paint color perfectly. All in all, an outstanding job from a highly reputable local contractor. We had a leak and then uncovered prior damage and mold. After having it remediated we contacted them and they were able to come out right away and give me a quote within a day. They came in and did the work and stuck to the time schedule. They were polite, clean and efficient. Excellent communication law throughout. If you want to be talked down to in a very condescending tone, give Nathan a call. They won't work on anything to do with wood stoves because of some explanation that I have never heard about before. Really, I have been using wood all my life, and this guy is spewing crap I have never heard of. read more
