I contacted this business for help with a terrible sewage odor in my home. The owner spoke with me…read morefor a long time and took my contact information, mentioned that Thursday (the 14th) was possible for him to come out and install some sort of fan in my septic tank. This is a problem I've been having to one degree or another for nearly ten years and this person diagnosed it quickly and confidently and said he could take care of it. Then he disappeared completely. He never called and after I called him twice and emailed him, he never responded. I'm not sure what that total disregard means but I know it is not a good sign in a business, particularly a service business. This business might do a good job, but I would not trust that they would show up on schedule or return calls or stand by their product if a better job came along. At the very least I deserved a courtesy call informing me that they weren't able to help.

I know there are a lot of landscaping companies out there but I know for a fact this guy is at the top of the list. Spring, summer, fall and winter, him and his crew dominate the competition. They work extremely hard and put in long hours. I've only seen one other company work as hard as this one does.
