This is a problem I've been having to one degree or another for nearly ten years and this person diagnosed it quickly and confidently and said he could take care of it. Then he disappeared completely. He never called and after I called him twice and emailed him, he never responded. I'm not sure what that total disregard means but I know it is not a good sign in a business, particularly a service business. This business might do a good job, but I would not trust that they would show up on schedule or return calls or stand by their product if a better job came along.
