Discovered recently that they used "inside wood" not outside wood for railings on porch. They just used 4x2 and did even try to replicate the original railing. Adam (the owner) stopped by and checked in and Tom and Billy were great on site. there backoffice guys like Tim and James were great with all the baloney that happens behind the scenes or dumb stuff like setting up the electronics. Very happy with the subs they picked and their on site guys were very courteous and conscientous. Sometimes they would suggest things I hadn't thought of that would make it look better. Would absolutely use them again.

I can't say enough about the crew that was with us for most of the job. Johan Alex and Daniel were all polite, kind, funny, and efficient. Enjoyed having them at the house working. I know that his estimates are spot on, the work is necessary and justified, options are considered and offered and cost is factored with the utmost concern with the budgets that are present. Most importantly, they are trustworthy and reliable in completing the job to final approval. The entire crew is courteous, the office staff exceptional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering any kind of construction in their future. We've known and used Rick's company for over 5 years now and he will always be our go-to person for superior work. Thank you for everything Rick! Heidi L Great Barrington, Mass

During our home's 'day of beauty' (Yes, all in one day) A&G removed the dirt, film and grime we had stopped noticing on our 110-year old house and left it looking brand, spanking new. Adam and Garrett were relaxed and professional throughout, getting us a fair estimate, scheduling our job to fit our schedule, and showing up on time. (Yes, they showed up EXACTLY on time to start our job! Take that Comcast!) All through the day, they meticulously cleaned our windows; up ladders, down ladders, with squeegees, rags, and great care, including removing and washing our screens. They were unobtrusive even while working inside. I kept finding them in rooms not knowing they were even there. That's how respectfully they worked. While we may (from time to time) have cleaned our own windows during our 17 years here, they have never looked like this. At the end of our home's spa day, I was convinced they had actually removed some of the glass. How else could I not be seeing the windows where the windows ought to be? Bottom line: I will never clean a window again. Why would I? I could never do it as well. I would highly (and I mean HIGHLY) recommend calling A&G Professional Window Cleaning. You may clean your own windows, but not like A&G. Your decision to call them is as clear as glass.
