The crew worked diligently through the day, thoroughly cleaning up and maintaining a neat workspace every day. Our original contract had a 6.5% sales tax added to the total, and we had to ask for that to be removed. Massachusetts does not collect sales tax on services performed. We occasionally had some difficulty understanding each other and recalling details of previous conversations. Lesson: check and doublecheck the written contract. Gio is a hard worker, confident, and not one to waste time. Our house looks terrific, and we're hoping the fresh upgrade lasts even longer than Gio's 5 year warrantee.
