I can't say enough about the crew that was with us for most of the job. Johan Alex and Daniel were all polite, kind, funny, and efficient. Enjoyed having them at the house working. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Fresh Start painting. Best experience with painters I've ever had.

I'm a general contractor, and my partner Emily has a strong design eye, so we've worked with a lot of trades over the years. After a really poor experience with a fly-by-night roofing company that left us with damaged trim, cracked siding, and a rough soffit job, Christy and her crew (Paula and Steve) were a true breath of fresh air. They took incredible care of our home and property, going above and beyond to help us caulk, sand, and repair dents and cracks in the siding before painting. Their prep work was meticulous, their attention to detail exceptional, and every member of the team was thoughtful, kind, and genuinely enjoyable to have around. They were patient with our many color changes, and their precision with hand painting and clean cut-ins (no sloppy spray jobs) really stood out. On top of that, they're local, fairly priced, and communicate clearly throughout the process. Christy even found a way to fit us into their schedule this season, despite being booked almost a year in advance, because she knew how rough our last experience had been. If you're considering painting your home, inside or out, we couldn't recommend Christy and her team at Peaceful Valley Painting more highly. They're true professionals who care deeply about their work and it shows in every detail.

Rob was a perfect fit for the project being a solo-craftsman where he had ultimate control of quality; no subs to chase around and no need communicate the scope and details through multiple parties. Rob being a solo contractor was certainly not limiting either; the project had a mix of structural floor framing, new and replacement windows, exterior door and trim modifications, and many interior finish details to execute. I can't emphasize craftsman enough. He knows how to achieve high quality results with his process. He has solutions and tricks-of-the-trade for any issues and 'head scratchers' we had along the way. On top of this he is a pleasure to work with and made the project seem easy! Thank you Rob!
