From the very beginning, the process was clear and reassuring. Quote Process: We started by seeking multiple quotes for our home renovation. I personally reached out to 15 companies in our area for the job, which included replacing our roof, gutters, siding, windows, and doors. Tom Smith from Major Home Improvement visited us and provided a detailed presentation of materials and options with no pressure or aggressive sales tactics. Of the 15 companies, eight refused to provide written quotes, four offered written quotes lacking detail, and three provided thorough information on products, costs, and timelines. After careful research, Major Home Improvement stood out for their reputation and the quality of their products, ultimately tipping the scale in their favor. Installation Team: Once we decided to move forward, Tanya from the office staff was very kind and courteous, efficiently scheduling every aspect of the project. The installation team--Philip, Edwin, Ivan, and field supervisor Mark--all performed exceptionally. Philip and Edwin, in particular, worked tirelessly and demonstrated strong dedication, ensuring the area around our house was spotless at the end of each day. Ivan and his team handled the doors and windows with impressive attention to detail, taking extra time to guarantee everything was perfect. Mark visited the site several times, making sure the project was running smoothly and promptly answering any questions I had. Final Outcome: The entire experience was a pleasure, marked by clear communication, hard-working staff, and outstanding results. One memorable moment was watching Philip and Edwin work late into the evening just to leave our property clean and safe--a gesture that truly made an impression. Thank you, Tom and the crew, for your dedication throughout the project. Without question, if I had to do this job all over again, I would absolutely choose Major Home Improvement. Their professionalism, quality, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire process stress-free and rewarding. I highly encourage anyone considering home renovations to trust Major Home Improvement for exceptional service from start to finish.

I also want to give a huge thank you to your very talented and hard working staff. I have never seen such professionalism in any construction crew. They took great care to protect bushes, flower beds, deck, and gutters. They all knew exactly what to do and when to do it. It was amazing to watch the process. At the end of the day they did an immaculate job on the clean up, so much so that other than the new roof, you wouldn't even know they had been there. I cannot praise them enough. I have already had passersby comment on it, and I was more than happy to tell them who did the work. Again, thank you very much for a job well done. Dennis

Crystal is so very easy to communicate with. When I met the gentleman who gave us the quote, I felt like he was so professional. His name is Matt (ask for him by name) and he was great. The team who showed up to do the work were quite impressive. So many people, everyone involved and knowing exactly what they were supposed to do. So amazing to watch. Our house is big, quite large compared to most. I figured they would be here for a couple of days. I almost laughed out loud when they said they were going to be done in one day. Amazingly enough, they were. The roof is amazing, our new solar skylights are fantastic. The solar shades are really nice and super easy to use. The sun is not ever a factor anymore. Just push a button. I think we made the absolute best choice possible with NEXTGEN. The whole entire company is spot on. When our roof was completed we had family over that weekend. Even my most cynical cousin admitted that he was very impressed not only by the roof, but by the fact that there was no sign of any damage or debris. Not a single nail could be found. Keep up the great work NEXTGEN, I'll keep telling everyone about our great experience. Bravo!!
