We had an issue with our pavers (original posts were 4X4. New posts were 6X6. The company that installed the pavers a few years back would not return my phone calls. Dan's team went out amd was able to match the pavers and did the work to make them fit. Once that was complete, the trex decking arrived and they continued until finished. All the old decking was hauled away. Decks are beautiful and sturdy. Dan is an exceptional Project Manager and his team is wonderful.

Once he got the permits, Ruslan and Alex came and got to work.They first worked on the front part of the house doing the painting and also adding some hand rails to the front steps which we also requested. Day1 of storm; no show and I ping him at 5pm; he responds "your driveway was already done" Well this seemed odd to me; as i was stuck on that very same driveway and not able to leave house. Turns out he went to wrong house.... Respond back that he will do first thing tomorrow, Tomorrow rolls around; no response, finally ping at 5pm. He responds he can't make it up driveway. Even more odd I just made it up the driveway with a front wheel drive car... oh well. Claims he will send a refund; week later no response / no refund. Avoid at all costs.
