I then got an odd email back saying something about how it was Mother's Day, and that it was someone's (whom I didn't know) birthday, and that's why they couldn't respond. I'm not sure why they thought I would care, or why these would be legitimate reasons why a business couldn't respond to an inquiry, but that made it go from a 3 stars to a 1 star for me.
