I was delighted by my experience with Major Home Improvement, and I want to share how impressed I…read moream with their quality and efficiency. From the very beginning, the process was clear and reassuring. Quote Process: We started by seeking multiple quotes for our home renovation. I personally reached out to 15 companies in our area for the job, which included replacing our roof, gutters, siding, windows, and doors. Tom Smith from Major Home Improvement visited us and provided a detailed presentation of materials and options with no pressure or aggressive sales tactics. Of the 15 companies, eight refused to provide written quotes, four offered written quotes lacking detail, and three provided thorough information on products, costs, and timelines. After careful research, Major Home Improvement stood out for their reputation and the quality of their products, ultimately tipping the scale in their favor. Installation Team: Once we decided to move forward, Tanya from the office staff was very kind and courteous, efficiently scheduling every aspect of the project. The installation team--Philip, Edwin, Ivan, and field supervisor Mark--all performed exceptionally. Philip and Edwin, in particular, worked tirelessly and demonstrated strong dedication, ensuring the area around our house was spotless at the end of each day. Ivan and his team handled the doors and windows with impressive attention to detail, taking extra time to guarantee everything was perfect. Mark visited the site several times, making sure the project was running smoothly and promptly answering any questions I had. Final Outcome: The entire experience was a pleasure, marked by clear communication, hard-working staff, and outstanding results. One memorable moment was watching Philip and Edwin work late into the evening just to leave our property clean and safe--a gesture that truly made an impression. Thank you, Tom and the crew, for your dedication throughout the project. Without question, if I had to do this job all over again, I would absolutely choose Major Home Improvement. Their professionalism, quality, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire process stress-free and rewarding. I highly encourage anyone considering home renovations to trust Major Home Improvement for exceptional service from start to finish.

We hired Randy in mid April to strip and refinish our deck. Our first meeting, he was professional…read moreand gave the impression of a reliable businessman. He quoted the work at $3,400. Its a good size deck with some years on it, so taking that into consideration as well as rising material costs, I figured it to be a fair price. Randy mentioned providing a detailed material list, which he never did. All in all, he used 5 gallons of Behr Porch and Patio, a handful of deck screws and 3 pieces of lumber. He seriously skimped the project of materials, especially lumber, for which the deck was in heavy need of. We agreed he should run a skil saw in between the boards for an extra 200, bringing total cost to 3,600 (should have been included) and he forgot to do it. He did it after painting and it looks horrible. I questioned him through text and in person about his shoddy work and eversince then he hasn't been back. Now I told him he is not allowed back on my property. He also oversprayed on our house. He rebuilt the stairs with all crooked cuts and the boards from the old stairs are visible through the cracks. He used compound to fill some spots and it never dried to a hold. He left some boards in worse shape than they previously were, because of his broken timeline for the project. We knew the project would be pricey, but for good reasons such as solid work, reliability and professionalism all characteristics that Randy does not embody
