I apologized twice for forgetting, there still was no one in her line- she was so cold, and literally almost made me cry- and I'm not faint of heart. I love Trader Joe's so much. It's my happy place. I have never experienced any employee this way in my 30 years of Shopping here. I spoke to the manager, she agreed that wasn't appropriate behavior. She apologized and was very nice to me.
