The way they prepare it leaves the cheese melty and gives the bagel a nice crunch! The ladies working there are so nice and always pretty quick whenever I've stopped by. Tucked away like a hidden gem, this place has the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to slow down, enjoy life, and order one more cup of coffee just because. The coffee was absolutely fantastic, the vibes were perfect, and the hospitality was something you don't find every day anymore. A special thank you to Mr. Charles and the boss lady Shannon for making us feel so welcome. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Great coffee, great people, and the kind of place that reminds you that small-town charm is still alive and well. We came in as travelers and left feeling like friends. If you're anywhere near Fallbrook, do yourself a favor and stop by. We planned on a quick coffee break and ended up making one of our favorite honeymoon memories. 10 stars from us.
