I had a bit of a nightmare with Men's Warehouse, who had TWO chances to get me a suit for my daughter's wedding. But, the day before the big event, they left me with no clothing options at all. I was beyond frustrated, stressed, and feeling like I was running out of time. Enter Nick and the incredible team at Ingram's! Within 30 minutes, Nick had me out the door with a brand-new suit that fit me like it was custom made for my body. The fit was perfect, the style was on point, and I honestly couldn't have been more thrilled. But wait--there's more! Nick didn't stop there. He also hooked me up with a pair of shoes that were *way* more comfortable than the junk I was stuck with from Men's Warehouse. I felt like I was walking on clouds compared to what I had before. Ingram's and Nick were the superheroes I didn't know I needed that day. They swooped in, saved the day, and made sure I looked and felt my best for my daughter's wedding. I seriously can't thank them enough for coming to the rescue when I was literally left hanging. Even though Ingram's Men's Shop is 45 minutes away from me, I'll be buying all of my suits and formal wear from them from now on. After this experience, they are *by far* the obvious choice for me. The menswear, shoe, and home & kitchen are all expansive. I recently read that the differences between TJ Maxx and Marshall's are mainly concentrated between the shoes, jewelry, and purses. The new TJ Maxx that recently opened in Chambersburg has a larger variety of purses and has an actual jewelry counter, while Marshall's in Hagerstown has a far superior shoe section. If you're looking for accessories, TJ Maxx in Chambersburg has a much better selection (and you can buy articles of clothing free of taxes while in PA). If you're a fan of shoes, Marshall's in Hagerstown is the better option. Like all Marshall's and TJ Maxx stores, the fun is in the the thrill of the hunt. Marshall's is always rotating their stock, so they always have new things to look at. I'm a huge fan of their food aisle. They have many gourmet non-perishable food items that are great for entertaining or gift-giving. Marshall's also carries many artisan coffees and teas for caffeine lovers. Their kitchenware, bedding, and decor sections are also well-stocked and full of quality items. You see brand name items in the mix all the time! If you're someone who loves bargain hunting, Marshall's is a very fun store!

I was given the number to the Hagerstown, MD store saying they might have a couple left. I called and was promptly greeted on the phone by a pleasant woman named Izora. She asked how she could be of assistance and I asked if they can ship a bag to California if it was in stock. She told me yes, it is not a problem. She asked for the style and name and confirmed there were indeed a couple of the bags left in store. I needed to make sure it was the right bag since there are different prints in that style and didn't want to pay and get shipped the wrong one. Izora asked if she could place me on a brief hold and went to verify in person. She sent me a photograph of the bag to give a visual assurance. She was not asked to do that, she did that on her own. After I confirmed that was indeed the one we were looking for, she set up an account for me. I was sent a secure link and checked out in under a minute. Once the transaction was complete, Izora remembered I said it was for a gift. She told me she would wrap it up nice since it was a gift. I was sent a confirmation with the tracking number in less than an hour. She went above and beyond and was very courteous. I am very pleased with my experience and can't wait for the bag. Not sure that I will ever need to use the Coach store in Hagerstown again but this experience was a good one. Thank you.
