He picked the table up and returned it. For those of you who do not know what a drum table is, the center of the table goes around. Mine was badly broken causing the top to be very tilted. I told Mr Burkett, if he could not fix the table to turn and just have the top be connected to the part that turns, I would have him do the job. He came over and looked at it and said he was pretty confident he could fix it. I also have my grandmother's secretary and one of the doors was too warped to close, he fixed that too and now it closes perfectly.

Instead, because he would not be in my area any time soon, David took the time to look carefully at the pictures and videos I sent him and walked me through troubleshooting the problem by text. He clearly knows power furniture inside and out. Rather than immediately assuming that I needed a new motor or an expensive repair, he helped me trace the wiring and systematically eliminate possible causes. He eventually noticed that a damaged wire connected to one of the LED light strips could be shorting out the entire system. He had me disconnect that part of the system, and sure enough--the recliner started working again! What impressed me most was that David could easily have just scheduled a service call and charged me to come out. Instead, he spent a considerable amount of time helping me diagnose and fix the problem remotely, without charging me anything. That kind of honesty, patience, knowledge, and customer service is hard to find.
