If you're ever in need of a suit and you're lucky enough to cross paths with Nick at Ingram's Men's Shop, consider yourself in great hands! I had a bit of a nightmare with Men's Warehouse, who had TWO chances to get me a suit for my daughter's wedding. But, the day before the big event, they left me with no clothing options at all. I was beyond frustrated, stressed, and feeling like I was running out of time. Enter Nick and the incredible team at Ingram's! Within 30 minutes, Nick had me out the door with a brand-new suit that fit me like it was custom made for my body. The fit was perfect, the style was on point, and I honestly couldn't have been more thrilled. But wait--there's more! Nick didn't stop there. He also hooked me up with a pair of shoes that were *way* more comfortable than the junk I was stuck with from Men's Warehouse. I felt like I was walking on clouds compared to what I had before. Ingram's and Nick were the superheroes I didn't know I needed that day. They swooped in, saved the day, and made sure I looked and felt my best for my daughter's wedding. I seriously can't thank them enough for coming to the rescue when I was literally left hanging. Even though Ingram's Men's Shop is 45 minutes away from me, I'll be buying all of my suits and formal wear from them from now on. After this experience, they are *by far* the obvious choice for me. I visited the store after more than a 15 year hiatus (last visit was when still downtown). I'm not much of a shopper, haha, but was pleasantly surrounded by a nice selection of items and a very professional saleswoman named Kelly. Her knowledge and attention to detail left me wanting for nothing...I will recommend my experience to anyone looking for men's clothing! i strongly support all "independent" businesses because I know the challenges they are facing. Very impressed with the personal service I received at this shop. The suit was purchased for me for Christmas by my wife. It is very comfortable. They also do free alterations which is awesome. $100 dollar polyester suits, made in China, marked up to $425... It's so disappointing because the staff gives you a great first impression. They know how to sell a suit. Sadly, 2 months into wearing my new suit a couple times a week for work, I had stitching come apart leaving holes in three places and fraying in the liner. I brought it back and expressed my concern that the suit can't be relied on for regular wear, but they wouldn't allow for return or exchange. Don't waste your time and money folks. read more

Whenever I'm able, I prefer to shop at owner run stores rather than chain outlets, and so when I found myself in need of a snazzy tie for a holiday party I stumbled upon Ingram's. I was in my wheelchair and found the store to be fairly accessible. There were a few aisles that were slightly difficult to navigate, but the salespeople were more than willing to move things or fetch things as necessary, which made it a delightful shopping experience. I will add that they didn't blink at my appearance, which happens in some upscale men's stores. Some people read me as female, and I have green hair and facial piercings. I felt I was treated exactly the same as if I had been a stereotypical looking upper class man. I don't remember his name, but our salesperson mentioned he was the brother of the owner. He was kind, and on hand to assist without being pushy or all over us. He helped us find the perfect tie, and as someone who has a hard time tying knots, it was wonderful to find an alternative to a clip-on - they have ties where the neck part extends and retracts with a simple pull, so the knot stays in place neat as can be. Very handy! The salespeople were so nice and welcoming, I ended up purchasing a beautiful leather wallet and a patent leather money clip, mostly as a way of showing how much I thought of the way they treated us, and were accomodating, and that the quality of their merchandise was excellent. They do tuxedo rentals as well as sales; although they do not carry suits or shirts in Big Men's sizes, they do rent tuxedos in them. If you're looking for a local place to rent your wedding attire from, I highly suggest them. My only dissappointment was in their selection of "men's jewelry", such as tie tacks and bars or cufflinks. They only had a small number of them in the case, and most of them were pretty standard/boring. I probably would have purchased some if they had a bigger selection. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and highly recommend them. read more

Your customer service needs improving..... Your business made a mistake in sizing for our recent wedding tuxedo rentals. You could have been apologetic and offered a discount....but instead you chose to be rude to several of the people involved. NOTE: You are providing a service to me. I am the customer. But I guess that doesn't matter because you know that we as customers do not have enough time to go elsewhere, because of a time issue for weddings and such. SMH read more

Owner is extremely unprofessional, even went as far as to argue with a groomsman over how LATE the suits were for an upcoming wedding....by the way, the wedding is THIS Saturday and some of the suits were supposed to be in this past Tuesday (4 days before the wedding) and another today....no one has their suit yet!! read more

This was a great experience. I needed a suit for a job interview. The two gentlemen working were very welcoming, and helpful in picking out the right suit. I have a lot of tattoos and I have been into other men's shops where they didn't even ask me if I needed help. I will be back if I get the job. read more

7 men rented tuxedo shirts, vests, and ties. 4 of the vests were the wrong size ( two could be swapped to work) and the groom had a vest for a jacket, even though this was not the vest he ordered. The groom could have at least been made aware of this with a simple phone call, since the vest he wanted was not available is his size, but no call was ever made. The order was put in months in advance, but when the shop was called on Wednesday to confirm for the wedding on Saturday, the couple was told they had nothing and SHOULD have them in time for the wedding. They were luckily there on Friday. After all of this, when they were returned on Monday, the manager ignored me while speaking with another customer outside about unrelated topics to the business. The other employee then took it upon himself to give a refund of $20, that is after saying he didn't care about 2 of the vests since they were (luckily) able to be exchanged with each other. After all of this the manager still had nerve to argue with the bride over the phone since he couldn't understand why she was upset. Completely. Unprofessional. Period. read more

Really wanted to love this place for our wedding rental, and things started out great. I found them at a bridal show and fell in love with one of the suits they had displayed there. We had a great experience ordering that suit for the nine men in the bridal party (including groomsmen, fathers and usher). Things started to unravel the day before the wedding (at the worst possible time). One of the groomsmen who went to pick up his suit the day before the wedding noticed that the tie looked different from when we ordered (his wife, a bridesmaid, was along for the original ordering trip). I called the shop about an hour before I was leaving for our rehearsal and was told that when they placed our order months earlier, they couldn't get the original, solid burgundy tie/vest color we selected, so the shop staff went ahead and made the executive decision to order a replacement tie that was the same burgundy color we had chosen, but it had a black stripe pattern on it - very different from what we ordered and I did not like it. When I called to ask why they wouldn't just call us when they were ordering the suits months ago to notify us, I was told that "they just didn't think it would be that big of a deal" to get the patterned tie (the original choice was just solid) since it was the same burgundy color. After going back and forth, they were able to order replacement ties and vests for the six groomsmen that were close to the original solid burgundy option we had chosen and were going to have them in by 10am on the day of our wedding. My now-husband had to go up there that morning (because why not, it's not like we had anything else going on that day) only to realize they had only ordered FIVE replacement options for the SIX groomsmen. As a result, our best man had to wear a different shade vest/tie than the rest of the groomsmen. As my husband and the best man finished up with the transaction after that second debacle (just hours before the wedding), one of the staff members said something along the lines of, "well, we almost got it right." Maybe it's just me, but when you badmouth the customer service at the big chain stores like this place did and force a couple to have mismatched groomsmen suits in the wedding pictures they're going to have forever, "almost" getting it right doesn't cut it. I am so disappointed. Highly recommend going elsewhere for menswear needs. read more
