Worst store in the mall - Poor quality, terrible customer service. Stay away! First time I went there three years ago, I discovered it was really cheap and they sell a lot of items and brands that are not Wilson's leather and not leather at all. My wife and I each bought a coat which we thought were good deals - both Guess brand I believe. My coat had a little bit of faux down stuffing, and after a few months the inside started bleeding so much that it was destroying my other clothes so I stopped wearing it. Then, my wife's coat started falling apart from the outside - literally balls of faux wool were falling off. Off that went. We assumed that these were both knock-offs - Guess is not amazing but usually not that terrible! Fast forward three years, and I needed a new pair of leather gloves. Against my better judgement, I decided to go there again - thinking that maybe the leather products with their own brand are good. Bought a pair for $30 - good deal. Day 1 of wearing them, a seam came loose on the inside such that left glove became 2 sizes larger than right glove. Two weeks later I find my way back to the Aurora outlet, aiming to get my money back. They did not allow it. What kind of place, in America year 2018, won't allow you to return what was clearly a defective product that fell apart upon first use, less than 2 weeks after wearing them. Their response: "We can't refund these defective gloves since you wore them and now we can't resell them!" Think about that: if I had returned a defective but unworn product, they would just put it back on the shelf and try to sell it to some other poor sap. They offered to give me a new pair of gloves or store credit, but I was done with this place. I got my money back from my credit card, and am staying away. You should too. read more

I'm not quite a fan of wearing fur or leather but this is what it offers. Most of the items listed were around 200 but there was a sale so it went down to 60% off and more for the holiday shopping. My brother got a coat here and he loved the style. The design of the coat also have flexibility (unzipping one layer of the cotton hoodie to wear a plain suit overcoat). Some designs come with a hood so it's not overdone. Their designs come with a balance and it seems made to fit anyone. It's not overdone. If I can give a zero stars I would. I had a horrible experience with customer service from Silvia the asst manager and Gloria an employee, for a exchange for a price difference. I had to return to the store 2 times on two difdernt days. Keep in mind this in not a close distance from my home. I was told different things by the employees and was given a difficult time. First they wanted the receipt. Fine. That's understandable. Than they wanted the item once I brought the receipt. Even though the manager seen the item the day before. The manger told me and I quote" your one of those people ! " in front of other customers and my friend. It was so embarrassing to be spoken to like that as Gloria rolled her eyes and spoke to me in a rude tone. I am beyond offended. To be spoken to in that manner or those rude words. As a manger my self. I know there are things you can and should say and things not to say. That comment and there attitudes from the employees are more than enough for me to file a formal complaint with their corporate office. I felt very discriminated and civilly offended. I still don't understand what her comment meant. What kinda people am I ? Someone who wants to be treated fair ? A women ? A gay women ? A poor women ? A whole hour for a $ 30 refund. It was a horrible experience. As a manger she should know to always do what's right and what's best for the client. Silvia did not until I asked her to please phone another location to help. It was as if I was completely blown off because I wasn't making a purchase. She also said. Fine. " I'll call another store. Even though I have other customers to help " as if I wasn't a valued customer. I spent thousands of dollars this year at WL. My whole opinion changed because of this store and location due to this ill trained staff. I just had a back procedure done a few weeks ago and am in pain still. I was literally bent over at the counter in pain and was asked to go retrieve the wrapped coat in the vechile. Pleas Know that wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't a huge mall and in 20 degree weather. No consideration!! Rude and unprofessional. Definitely won't go back. And I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for the managers statements. Two other customers in the store at the time of my incident came outside and told me they can't believe she said that. And are also disgusted with her service. I hope they file a complaint as well. If I could give no stars I would!! My husband and I were here two weeks ago to return a coat (he never even wore!!) with the receipt but the tag was accidentally ripped off when it was caught on a hanger at home. He ended up finding a better, much light jacket else where. So we went to return. The manager Amy or whatever her name is claimed that he wore it. There were clear signs of it being not worn. Mind you she mentioned this about 5-8 minutes after her co worker whispered something to her. I went to grab the same exact jacket from the store and it was the same. She was finding random excuses to not return the jacket. Now my husband is furious. He was very angry and upset as I was too. She started to raise her voice so he did as well then I did too because I was so shocked. Thennnn were all yelling at each other so I tell him to just try to find something else. He said they can't force me to exchange something if I don't like anything I see.. everything is ugly! Now I'm still standing at the counter trying to talk to her thennnn this random girl tells the manager Amy "If he thinks everything is ugly then why'd you buy from us???" I was like who are you?? She's like I work here but I'm off the clock so if you want to come outside we can handle this outside.. WHATT?! I was so shocked I started laughing and my husband came over to tell the manager just give us our money back.. she wouldn't even though it was only a few days after that we came back to return. He exchanged it for something else so now we have a brand new jacket he didn't wear. Go back 40 minutes later to return and still wouldn't. I've never Everrrrr experienced something like we have in a store before. I have everything recorded we didn't say anything wrong. We were polite then the staff started to go crazy. Worst experience everrrrrrr and we're stuck with a store credit card. The staff and that girl who wanted to fight me needs to work on her customer service. Will never come back again. I have been searching for a new leather jacket to replace my old one. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by a employee named Alex. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He informed me on the locations of all there different styles. He came by two more times while I was looking around to see how I was doing. I actually found a jacket here that I love and it was thanks to Alex. Only reason this place does not get five stars is because Alex seemed to be the only one working. The so called manager seemed to be having a great time goofing around with another employee while Alex was helping multiple customers. It was disappointing to see that when Alex went to ask her a question on pricing, she ignored him until she finished the conversation (joke) she was having with the other associate. I'm not sure why a store that sells leather goods sells things that are not made of LEATHER. The majority or items sold here are NOT made from leather!! I bought a coat and found out later that, the only things in the store that are made from leather are the ones marked "genuine" on the price tag. I asked questions about the jacket and even remarked on how good a deal it was for "leather" the salesperson said nothing to contradict the comment!! I believe it the manager. Shame on YOU Wilson's!!
