What can I say am a purse girl and yes I love Vera Bradly so I do Owen many purses and wallets etc from here. I like the younger Personnel because they have older workers and they have an attitude when you ask them for the prices is like here they hand you a paper the private here. I'm not a huge Vera Bradley fan, but I was in search of their adorable lunch totes to give the ladies throwing my baby shower to as a Thank You gift. Love the store! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The day that I went, it was an extra 40% off the entire store...and Ive even heard that sometimes they have 50% everything..you just have to go on the right day :) Got a great deal on my little lunch toes! We made a trip to the outlets last weekend and my kiddo and I were greeted by several friendly employees. I have a few VB items, most of which were gifts or purchased online. This was a great way for me to see how large some of the bags really are and how functional things will be for me. The level of customer service in this store is top notch, they made suggestions based on watching what I looked at and what I ended up choosing - they truly listen and pay attention. This is a great resource of a store to have 15 minutes away from home. The prices and range of products in this store is incredible, and the staff is extremely hospitable and kind! I love coming here for last minute gifts, school supplies, and anything Vera! One thing I love about this store is that it may have older patterns, but it actually has a larger range of actual products. Shay is AWESOME! I called her from California explaining how the Vera Bradley stores in the Bay Area did not have the Mod Floral Blue and Mod Floral Pink bags I was looking for (probably because the are crazy on sale! Nearly 50% off!) She happily checked to see if they had the patterns I wanted and bag styles I wanted in stock and miraculously, the store had them!! She explained to me how the whole ordering by phone process works when you are ordering a bag offline from Chicago to San Jose and even HONORED the discounted prices!!! So if there is ever another crazy Vera Bradley sale, forget the Santana Row store in San Jose, I am just going to order from this store first, because Chicago is likely to have it in stock, I won't get any funny "you're not rich enough to shop here" looks and because Shay made it so extremely easy and was very polite over the phone. read more

Super friendly, helpful, attentive staff! I hate, hate, hate having to do math while engaging in retail therapy. They do provide a card with the discount prices listed which I found helpful. Several items did not have price tag which was EXTREMELY frustrating, however, this seems to be the accepted MO of this "outlet" mall. read more

VB Southaven Tanger Outlet. Very inconsistent and rude staff. One day you can purchase a $19.99 blanket and use your Military ID and the next day you can't. It depends on who's behind the counter. Go to Branson, MO and you can use it on their sale priced blankets. I will not be purchasing anymore VB and if I changed my mind I definitely wouldn't shop at this location. read more

This is my favorite store in the Aurora Outlet Mall, and for good reason: they have huge discounts (50-60% off) on all of their retired patterns. And who the hell cares if they're "retired"? That means nothing to me. They're still CUTE! Last time I stopped here, I purchased a lunch tote, a checkbook cover, some flip flops, a GORGEOUS black and white beach towel, and a fifth item I can't remember, and the total came to $60. The saleswomen were also ridiculously friendly. read more

Today was my first time at this outlet mall and by far this was my favorite store! The employees are super sweet and did not overpower you with all those " Can I help you?" questions. Since it was their Black Friday weekend sale, I got three 17'' laptop cases ( each $11.25), an e-reader case for $10.25, a 15" laptop case for $19.00, and a giant tote for $34.00. Plus a holiday tote for FREE!!! All beautiful prints and patterns. read more

I have to agree with what everyone else had to say about this store....its fab and the selection & prices are fantastic. Last time we went everything in house was 20% off and there was even an additional 30-40% off the clearance. From our first visit, we were sent a $20 coupon so I got 2 more great pieces for $12! Staff is friendly and helpful and you can tell they love what they are selling. Speaking of flip-flops, they normally sell for $24, were marked down to 9.99 which made them 7.99 with the discount,but if you bought over $75, you got a pair for FREE! So, I got one free and paid 7.99 for the other. Great place for gifts for all your gal pals, moms, sisters, teachers...a must stop. read more

I placed an order at this store from out of state because we don't have a Vera Bradley outlet nearby. Both times I called, the SA's were extremely helpful and patient. Because my first order did not ship out yet, they were able to combine both purchases in one shipment so that I was only charged once for shipping ($8). I was able to find bags here in retired prints at extremely low prices. Their prices are even lower than what's listed on the website, so it pays to call the outlets first if you know the pattern/bag silhouette that you want. If it doesn't work out, you can always return the merchandise to one of their stand alone boutiques so long as its unused and accompanied by a receipt. read more

The store has some amazing offers also. I am always comfortable spending my money there becasue their products are such high quality.
