She then offered to re-clean the sweater, but I had already said that wasn't what I was looking for -- I just wanted to share feedback so it wouldn't happen again. The conversation felt dismissive and oddly defensive, and it made me feel like my concern wasn't taken seriously. For a business that depends on repeat customers, the way feedback is received matters just as much as the service itself.
