Ended up being super expensive. They were having trouble using my logo which I never had a problem with at other places. She needed it in some unheard of format I believe it was called vex format. It was not easy to get ahold of them. The work was never done. After a month of going back and forth I finally got my refund but she kept 15% of what I paid even though no work was done.
