I have over a decade of experience in commercial construction, and if you're considering them as a general contractor, I would not recommend them either. They went over project schedule by 17 weeks and 2 days. Ike consistently showed up late and rarely completed a full workday. He frequently arrived with the wrong materials, causing further delays. His work habits were careless, and tools were handled recklessly, damaging finished drywall and flooring. He also failed to contain drywall dust while drilling holes for recessed lighting, embedding dust into the wood grain and permanently affecting the finished floors. Most concerning, Ike had to be removed from the job site due to poor time management, unsafe electrical practices, and a clear lack of knowledge of residential electrical code. The new electrical contractor I replaced Ike with found that incorrect breakers were installed, and seven receptacles were found with loose or improperly connected wires which posed a serious electrical fire hazard to my home and family.
