I am so impressed! Radd was so polite and professional. What a respectful young man. Very knowledgeable about audio and video installation not just mounting. But the mounting job was done perfectly. Cords all fed behind the walls. So everything ended up looking super clean. His pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend Radd for any home audio/visual work.

I had two TVs that needed to be mounted and Murad was the perfect person to get in touch with. Not only did he install the TV for my bedroom and living room, but he also attached the LED lights that I've purchased along with them. He was very professional and efficient. Had both TVs mounted in less than an hour. Very satisfied with the work, highly recommend!!

I got in touch on a Wednesday evening, Radd came out the next morning at 9am and mounted two 65 inch TV's for me. Very responsive and respectful, he even took his shoes off as he can in the house! Great communication and great price for service. Would 100% recommend and use again without question.

I did a bunch of research and come across this business and I was really excited about getting my Tv Mounted in my new apartment. We spoke and I gave him all the details and we had it scheduled quickly. My tv is only 42". Once he arrived he attempts to hang the tv without success. He then offered to have my wall painted to cover the holes he drilled and although that was nice, my wall didn't need ti be painted, I needed my tv hung. A process that should've taken at max 1 hour, ended up never happening and it took around 2 weeks to have the wall painted. Some of that is due to me needing to get the paint color from my leasing office. Then the painter had to come twice to sand and then paint. Overall I would not recommend as the service was not completed. Maybe I should've went with someone with a higher cost and more experience. I wish I could rate the painter as he did a better job.

I work from home so he was also considerate of the noise level of the drill. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I couldn't imagine getting fast and professional service from anyone else! This was one of the best services I received since moving into my new home.

We just moved into our new home and had no one to mount our tv's. After checking prices with the geek squad and other resources that were overpriced we turned to yelp. Radd was at the top of the list. We reached out and he came out the next day! He drove 40 miles outside of Richmond, arrived on time, professionally mounted our 4 TV's in no time and didnt charge us through the roof. He also offered to come back and install our ceiling fans. He responded very quickly to my inquiry. Answered all of my questions promptly. I told him I was waiting on my TV to arrive to make sure everything was in working order. It was no problem for him at all and he was amenable to my time. He arrived on time and was very professional. The TV was hung on the wall without a hitch. Would not recommend. Initial interactions were good and price seemed good. However, they did not show up for either appointment set. After missing the 2nd appointment, they did not return any calls or texts. Over 24 hours later and I have not heard back from them. read more

Very nice and professional, he showed up on time and was extemely helpful. Unfortunately we did not know it, but there was brick behind our wall so the wiring could not be hidden. We are going to look at getting a wall mounted unit so we can hide the wires, but would reccomend to work with Murad. read more

When it was completed the TV was not level and screws were not tightened fully. I was shocked again by the $170 price when we had to provide almost everything. My husband had to hold the TV the entire time as well until it was mounted, 45 minutes to mount a TV... Once the provider left we realized the TV isn't even centered either, off by a foot so we are going to have to do it ourselves anyway.

WK Property Solutions also handled the project poorly. I have over a decade of experience in commercial construction, and if you're considering them as a general contractor, I would not recommend them either. They went over project schedule by 17 weeks and 2 days. Ike consistently showed up late and rarely completed a full workday. He frequently arrived with the wrong materials, causing further delays. His work habits were careless, and tools were handled recklessly, damaging finished drywall and flooring. He also failed to contain drywall dust while drilling holes for recessed lighting, embedding dust into the wood grain and permanently affecting the finished floors. Most concerning, Ike had to be removed from the job site due to poor time management, unsafe electrical practices, and a clear lack of knowledge of residential electrical code. The new electrical contractor I replaced Ike with found that incorrect breakers were installed, and seven receptacles were found with loose or improperly connected wires which posed a serious electrical fire hazard to my home and family. I would strongly advise against hiring Enroute Mounts LLC for any residential electrical work.

This was such a great experience. Radd arrived on time, and texted me when he was on his way to confirm I was still available. He also wore a mask the entire time and did excellent social distancing, we were so happy! Radd was polite, answered our questions clearly, and was able to offer a solution. The first job went really well. Showed up on time. Price is what he says it is. No BS. A true professional. He sets a new standard for contractors imo. And he met up with my wife and mother-in-law on the 2nd job at a different house and they loved him. He is just a nice man who can put anybody at ease and who does what he says he will do. Radd responded pretty quick and I ended up booking for him to do the job the next day, mid afternoon. He was running a few minutes late but let me know so no big deal.
