I felt that was expensive, but I agreed because I expected the ducts to be properly cleaned. Unfortunately, the quality of the service was extremely poor. The ducts were not cleaned properly, and when I inspected the work, I found residue and debris left behind. The technician also left residue all over my floor, which I expected them to clean up as part of the service. Overall, I feel the pricing was misleading compared with the initial $99 offer, and the actual service did not meet my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend The Doctors Dust Doctors and would encourage others to ask very specific questions about the total price and exactly what is included before agreeing to the service.
