Great location...but terrible business operations. I purchased a Groupon for full mink eyelashes and make up lesson... They had us reschedyle makeup lesson for another day and when we came back...tried to talk about application vs showing.... plus 75% of the lashes fell off within 2 days and told me i wasnt suppose to get them wet for 24 hours...??? Then...tried to charge me an extra $60 for "captivating" look lashes.... So...i paid $99 for a groupon deal to get a full set mink lashes and"complimentry" make up lessons...but your regular price for natural lashes (only look they will do without additional cost) is $110.00??? Don't bother....the owner said call Groupon and get a refund...and didn't service my needs.... smh. No wonder the salon is empty read more

This was my first time had a hair cut with them. My hairdresser was nice and ask me frequently if everything was ok. But she just don't know how to cut hair!! I had to tell her many time that my hair didn't look right. She was correcting the length by kept cutting my hair. It's ending up I didn't like the length of my hair. When I went back to home and looked at the mirror, my hair didn't look even on both sides. Never go back!! read more

Carol did an amazing job with my lashes. She was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable. I have very thin, baby lashes that you would normally not be able to see without mascara, but now they are prominent and don't need anything. I had to redo almost everything they did to me at this salon when I went home! Came in for a scheduled consultation for my hair and make up for an upcoming event. Make up artist seemed knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly. Came back the day of the event and the person who did my hair had absolutely NO experience nor business doing anyone's hair. She had no clue what I wanted and proceeded to do what SHE wanted and I'm non confrontational and I just accepted it when it clearly wasn't what I asked for. She knew I hated it and yet, kept praising how pretty it was and my hair looked nicer when I came in. My hair got stuck in her curling iron several times and she teased my hair so much because "volume" when she only had two products on her shelf: pomade and hair spray which made my hair extremely crunchy. I've had my hair done several times where they just wet my hair, put moose in and blow dried and made wavy that last about two to three days. She told me that I didn't need to wash my hair to keep the curls. But how come other places can do this and my outcome has always been pretty much perfect? I hated it. It was extremely disappointing. I had to redo my hair while dealing with a newborn and a toddler with minutes to spare because the make up artist was extremely late. The makeup session was rushed, I felt uneasy, I looked cake on which I said wasn't what I wanted. I went home and cleaned most of it off my face and redid it with my own eyeliner and just cleaned my face. My cousin, the main celebrant for the event and her sisters had to fix my makeup at the event. At the end of the application, I asked what was on my face that looked like a wart but clearly stuck make up and she said "I think that's YOUR skin!" Nope! She also put fake lashes on me which I thought were going to be subtle but wasn't which is why I agreed to it. It was also applied wrong. I've used fake lashes for a long time now and this was the worst: my right eyelashes are now gone due to wrong application. Granted, the makeup artist gave me a discount for being a first time customer but I would NEVER come back! Not for hair or anything. I was asked to send pictures of the event and I did with kind words even though everything has been redone. Does anybody know why I chose to let someone else do my hair and make up? Because I have a toddler and a newborn! I needed a moment alone which turned into an extremely stressful situation. I also did not have time to do everything by myself but by coming to this salon, everything was doubled. I had to ask people at the event to hold my kids so I can get ready, etc. Their dad was also stressed out because we were all discombobulated due to the time and the repeat effort which shouldn't have happened in the first place. I needed to be included in the wedding photos and I wasn't there for it because I was redoing everything. That's a moment that's lost. Can't pay for that. No experience! People should switch to Bubble's! They're professionals and know exactly what they're doing. As far as makeup goes, the search is still on for a great one. Thank you. read more

I came here after purchasing an $89 Groupon for lash extensions and I was able to make an appointment over the phone for the next day, which was awesome. The lady that greeted me was nice and so was the girl who did my lashes. When I explained to her how I wanted my lashes done based on the descriptions THEY PROVIDED she told me she doesn't know how to do volume yet just length so I just accepted that and went on. Then she mentioned that she should have told me not to drink anything caffeinated when I initially made the appointment because it caused my eyelids to flutter too much (she complained about it a lot while I laid there with my eyes taped shut for 120 minutes). When I was done I noticed one eye had way less hair than the other and she explained that that's because that's the side I sleep on(this is around 9:20 right before the mall closes).When I went home and really looked I saw that she had left a lot of lashes Undone in the spots that I specifically pointed out to her, long story short I had to pay for a fill In at another salon the next day and they too pointed out she left a lot undone on that eye. Honestly the one star is because they were nice and polite, I shouldn't have to pay to get my eyelashes redone the very next day when they're supposed to last 6-8 week it's just ridiculous. My advice go else where and look into the reputation of their eyelash work because this was a rip off!! read more
