I was looking for a new brow place to go & I came up on Bella Brows, saw all these great reviews, pictures of Laini's great work and decided to definitely try her out. I was able to make an appointment that same day (a plus), I took the metro & was lost for like 20mins.... The GPS on my phone had me go outside, around the corner, had me walked a full circle, smh. I finally made it inside, but still couldn't find her shop. I called several times but the phone wouldn't even ring (no fault of Laini) Time was ticking away, I already missed my appointment time, I'm frustrated, thinking to myself, "this is not me to be late, this is a bad first impression on my part, she's not going to do my eyebrows".... The tinting was too bold for me but I asked the esthetician to tone them down and they look great! She really tweezes amazingly well and she found a brow shape I didn't know I had. Laini is incredible. I just moved to DC about a month ago and my eyebrows were a crazy mess from COVID. I have a decent amount of eyebrows, but I had my eyebrows microbladed to reinstate my arch and shape correctly plus I hate drawing, trying to figure out what my arch should look like, and playing guessing game at maintaining it.
