You might be a medium in regular clothes but the dresses are not true to size. A medium could fit like a small or extra small depending on the style. There is also a strict limit on dresses you can try on ESPECIALLY during prom season because when a person tries on a dress a sales associate has to be there just in case the customer needs help. Their family members or friends can't help them due to the delicacy of the dresses because most people will keep pulling on them to make them fit even if it wont budge.

I would have wanted the salon to ensure that another staff member was there to take care of walk-in appointments.
