This delay not only ruined the timing of my surprise but also left me feeling helpless and frustrated. When the package finally arrived, I discovered that they had neglected to include the roses and the vase, which were essential parts of my order. Now, I find myself unable to reach anyone for assistance since the delivery occurred after hours, leaving me in a state of utter disappointment. This level of service is entirely unacceptable, especially considering that I spent over $150 on this order. As a first responder who works 48-hour shifts with only a 48 hour break in between, I miss out on numerous holidays and special moments with my loved ones.
