Finally, around 4:30 PM, I managed to get through to someone, only to be informed that they had my order but wouldn't be able to deliver it until 8 PM. This news was disheartening, as I had hoped for a prompt delivery to make the day special. To make matters worse, the delivery didn't arrive until 8:48 PM, well after the shop had already closed for the day. This delay not only ruined the timing of my surprise but also left me feeling helpless and frustrated. When the package finally arrived, I discovered that they had neglected to include the roses and the vase, which were essential parts of my order. Now, I find myself unable to reach anyone for assistance since the delivery occurred after hours, leaving me in a state of utter disappointment. This level of service is entirely unacceptable, especially considering that I spent over $150 on this order. As a first responder who works 48-hour shifts with only a 48 hour break in between, I miss out on numerous holidays and special moments with my loved ones. I dedicate myself to my job and work hard for my money, and while these gifts may seem trivial to your company, they hold significant meaning for those I care about. They are a way for me to express my love and appreciation, especially when I can't be there in person. This oversight made it impossible for me to FaceTime my loved ones during the delivery, diminishing the impact of my gift. This entire experience has left me feeling disheartened and frustrated.
